I love Hearne and Dawson as authors separately, but this was just missing some things.
Plenty of poop and fart jokes though. I did laugh out loud a few times.

Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency and The Long Dark Tea-Time of the Soul. Having the editions read by Douglas Adams enhanced the dry and absurdist humor.
