Moab is my Washpot - Stephen Fry.
It was interesting but ok overall. I don't mind wordy books but I found this rambling and the tangents to his story seemed to have tangents.

Interesting behind the scenes account of a sci-fi classic movie.
The Postman Always Rings Twice by James M. Cain
A standard noir crime thriller but with a somewhat surprising and almost philosophical ending.

Oh, yes, that's such a good book

Essentially a diary of a sailor from the 1800s. Also provides good descriptions of the early Spanish and Yankee settlements in California.

Not nearly as good as "Ready Player One". In fact, I wonder if Ernest Cline wrote this book first because it seemed much less refined. Nonetheless, it was a fun read.

Was it good? I have heard mixed reviews of a Marmite nature about The Lost Spells.
