366: Those are considered published as ebooks. If the URLs linking to them online are no longer valid, they can be removed.

The only ones still up are Out and in Hiding and Fire and Ice and they are about to be taken down to be rewritten and edited.

Emily, your book has two valid editions (Kindle and non-Kindle ebook). Neither will be deleted.

All ratings get averaged. If you have a concern about a specific rating or review, please either flag it or use the Contact Us link on the Help page. Librarians have no control over that sort of thing.

The author page has been fixed, but the book is a perfectly valid edition. Combined with its fellows.

Re 405: all of those appear to have unique ASINs or ISBNs, so we don't delete them.
