One is a Kindle edition and one is a paperback. I combined them. No deletions necessary.
I would like to have two short stories removed from your data base--An Authentic Hero and The Queen Anne Bedroom Set. These stories are no longer being published individually; nor will they be published individually again. They are now incorporated into a book of short stories entitled "Harry Danced Divinely," which will be published this week. They are not on Amazon, and they will be available only in the Giffort Street collection of short stories.Also, these stories no longer fit into the category of "Series." To have individual listings show for them on Goodreads will be confusing to readers, as will the label "Series." It is the format in which the stories are available that should matter.
I want to make it easy and straightforward for readers. Your policy of keeping the individual stories in your data base will confuse the readers for which Goodreads was created.

Hello Librarian heroes,These two books: Harry Munro in the Kingdom of Sheba - ASIN - B00D0UEQPW, and Khormaksar!!!: A Time to Live or a Time to Die? are editions 1 and 2 of my book now named Paradise Beckons - A Nightmare Awaits ASIN - B00EXR5MGS.
They all appear on my data base. Can you delete the first two, please, leaving Paradise Awaits...

Calling super heroes .... I've been referred here from another thread ..... with my problem below....which needs a super librarian.I tried to replace a placeholder cover for Time Square The Shift which is due for release in April. I couldn't do it, so I created a second version and then combined the two. But the original one with the place holder cover is still there.
OOOps.
Can this be fixed so that there is only one edition with the right cover. Cheers.

Edition with the placeholder cover now removed. But next time ask for a librarian to replace the cover as that is easier (as you now know, combining just puts all editions together, it doesn't replace editions).

Have moved the cover over to the edition with the ISBN and removed the extra edition.

That merely indicates that it was published for a brief time and is out of print. We don't delete out of print books from Goodreads.

Also, just because it doesn't appear on Amazon doesn't mean it was never published - Amazon actually remove books after a while that have been discontinued, particularly with their Kindle books, unless someone else puts it on there for sale. Plus, someone has rated the book, suggesting that they read and bought the book.
Long-winded explanation, but effectively, because it is a valid edition in our eyes, it will not be removed.
