"I love you too." He said, keeping it up. "You have to fight her. You have to fight it. Don't let it get to your head."Sam finished the meal and cleaned up the dishes. "That was good." She smiled. "So. What do you want to do now?"
"I'm trying James. I really am." She kissed him back. The song was getting more power. She felt her eyes get glazed again. There was so much power in this song. "Jam..." She pushed away. "Let go of me." She started to struggle again. "I have no clue. Anything you want to do." He smiled at her.
Come on Calla, you can do it. He didn't let her go, and he kept going. "Maybe, why don't you guess." She asked, grinning.
"Let go of me. My lady is calling for me." She struggled. She backed away from each kiss. She kicked and throw her arms. "Let go of me." "See she is mine now." The siren flashed a evil smile.
"Um I don't. What do you want to do?"
James backed away, he couldn't force Calla back to him. Sam?"Hold that thought." Sam told Danny. Yeah?
Calla's under the siren's spell and I can't break her out of it.
Ok, we'll come. Sam turned to Danny, "We have to go help James and Calla." Sam teleported them to James.
Sam frowned at the sight of the siren. "Shall I dispose of her for you?"
She finally got free from this boy. "My lady what do you want to me to do?""Master take my soul." Calla looked at the human and walked slowly to him. "Come here servant." The human nodded and came to Calla.
"James do something."
James shook his head, "I did all I could. She is too far gone now, I can't force her to come back." He looked around, "Sam, could you do something? You know the song, could you take control of Calla and release her?"Sam shook her head, "I have never practiced such magic."
"We have to do something. If she gets his soul. That's not good. Step in front of him or something. Sam can't you try. James try again. That siren wants you to give up." "Take my soul master." Calla stared at the human.
"I'll try." James said. He stepped in front of Calla, kissing her again.Sam began to sing the song, focusing on trying to take the power from the siren, and transfer it to herself.
"Let g...." She heard a pretty song playing. She listen to the song. She felt the song over power her. She kept listening to the song. She broke free from James. She heard the music."Sam I think it is working."
James watched, hoping desperately that it would work.Sam just nodded, and kept singing: pulling the power away from the siren.
Calla felt a new kind of power. "What do you want to do my lady." She asked Sam.Danny was glad it worked.
"Don't listen to the siren. You're free." Sam told her.James sighed thankfully. "Thanks Sam."
"No problem." She said, smiling.
Calla blinked. She collapsed to the ground. She closed her eyes. What happened? She remember the training then trying to come back then something went blank. "Are you ok Princess."
James walked over to Calla. "Are you ok?"Sam nodded, "I just sang." She smiled, "I think I'll survive." She grinned.
"James what happened? Do I have to train again?" She slowly opened her eyes. "I was just making sure." He said.
"You lost it. I don't think you do. It depends on what your siren friend does next." He glared at the siren who had been strangely quiet, even though her powers had just been defeated."I know." She said, smiling. "I appreciate it."
"James I'm tired and hungry." She sat up slowly. "Can you carry me?" She batted her eyes. He smiled. "What do you want to do now."
James picked her up. "Sure." He said, smiling. He carried her to their room. "I'll get you something to eat. What would you like?""Get away from here." Sam said honestly. "Get away from that thing. I would hate to repeat what happened the last time I got too close to a siren." Sam shuddered, remembering how she had mutated.
"I don't care James." She smiled at him. "Later can we tell the council no more training."The siren was gone. "Are you ok?"
"Yes, of course." He smiled, leaving to grab her some fruit to eat. He brought some back to her."Yeah." She said. "I think so."
"Thank you." She looked up and smiled. "I don't like that siren." "You sure." He smiled at her.
"I don't like her either." He said honestly."Yeah. But there is always a chance that what happened before will happen again. Only time will tell." She said honestly.
She yawned. "Can we rest for awhile." She looked at him."Ok. I just can't lose you."
"Sure." James said, lying down beside her."Worst case scenario and I mutate again, you won't lose me, I promise." She told him gently.
"I love you James." She snuggled into to him."Ok." He seemed satisfied with the answer.
"I love you too." He answered gently.Sam smiled encouragingly up at him. I hope it doesn't happen again...
She closed her eyes and drifted off into sleep."What do you want to do?
James fell asleep beside her."Do you want to go swimming?" She asked.
Callas dreams haunted her. She had dream of the weekend. She saw herself go crazy. She saw her brother died heard his last words. Tears started to come down her face. She opened her eyes."James I'm have nightmares about what happened over the weekend.Could you make them stop." "Sure anything you want."
"Sure honey, how do you want me to do that?" He asked gently.Sam walked with him down to the pool, and flashing into a bikini, she dove in.
"I don't know." She said honestly.He flashed into a some swim trunks. He drove in after her.
James moved closer to her and put an arm around her shoulder. "You don't know?"Sam smiled when she saw him dive after her, but then she felt weird. Oh no, please don't happen again. The world seemed to spin and she lost her balance, sinking into the water.
"No I don't." She paused. "A kiss will help." She didn't mean that."I mean Hershey kisses will help."Danny dove after her. "What's wrong?" He held her tightly to him.
"Right..." James said grinning. "Of course that's what you meant." He chuckled softly. He leaned down and kissed her gently.The world was still spinning, and it made Sam feel sick. "I don't feel the greatest." She said honestly.
She kissed him back. She felt her heart pounding. "Come on be ok. I promise." He moved her gently to the edge of the pool. "Tell what's wrong."
James smiled, pulling back slightly, "This is what you meant, isn't it?"Her head began to hurt and she clutched it with her hands, "I think it's happening again." She said quietly, "But it wasn't this bad last time..." She moaned softly, shuddering, "It didn't hurt this much."
"Yes I'm bad lair." She smiled kissing him back. The tears shriveled up and was no more."Shh it will be ok." He kissed her softly. He let light explode around them. "You will be ok."
He smiled, kissing her a little harder. He knew it was what she wanted, so he gave it to her. She kissed him back, hoping it would solve everything. She thought it had gone away, that feeling, until she realized that she had scales again. She gasped, moving away from Danny a little. "It happened." She said in dismay.
She kissed him back harder. He wrapped her arms around his neck. Pushing closer into him."Shh we will fix it again." He kissed her softly. "Your still my Princess. We will see what a Calla can do. First let's relax a little bit." He smiled at her.
He held her, gently but firmly, his hand moving up to her neck. He was still kissing her, slowly getting more passionate.Sam smiled up at him. So thankful that he wasn't shocked by her appearance. But she couldn't shake the feeling that something was different, that something else was wrong. "Ok." She said anyways. Her head still hurt.
She relaxed into his arms. She kissed him back. "Shh I promise everything will work out. It will be just fine." He smiled down at her.
James smiled against her cheek. "You're so beautiful." He said, pausing finally.Sam nodded. "Ok-" pain stabbed at her brain. Something was definitely wrong. She shook her head, but whatever it was kept attacking her mind, trying to gain control. Sam realized what it was a moment to late "Danny, you have to get out of-" She collapsed.
"I know I am and your handsome." He smiled."Samantha ,baby, Princess wake up." He started to freak out. "Calla James somebody help." He froze with fear again.
"Why thank you." He said, grinning.Sam woke up. She looked around. She was in a strange room with a pool of water, and there was a human near her. She scrambled away, her eyes wide. Humans were bad, humans were scary. She would kill the humans once she gained her energy back. She was strangely tired. How did I get here?
"Your welcome." She smiled."Princess ,baby are ok?" He looked at her. Something felt wrong.
James smiled back. "Are the nightmares gone now?"The human was making noises at her. Was it going to hurt her? Sam hissed, warning it to stay back. She flattened her long head spines against her scull and lengthened her claws just in case.
"Yes." She smiled."Princess what's wrong." He notice that she hissed. He backed away. "Calla James? Somebody." He couldn't speak he lost his voice. She changed. He felt his heart break in 100 million little pieces. He collapsed to the floor. "Princess what's wrong."
"James that's sounded like Danny. Maybe we should go check on them?"
"Yeah." James said sighing, "I guess so." What kind of trouble did they get themselves into now?Sam watched the human. It was acting injured. Good, then maybe I can escape. She looked around and spotted an opening on the other side of the room. She crouched ready to bolt for the door.
"Yes Princess." He sat down beside her and ate.
