Once Upon A Time and Lara
The doors shut. Sam backed up a bit. The human was a sorcerer! It looked weak, thankfully. She backed slowly away from it and towards the now closed doors.James walked with her to the pool room and found the doors shut. He pushed them open and was about to walk inside.
Sam darted for the opening and bounded into the hallway, running on all fours as fast as she could away from the room.
Calla saw Sam run. "James that's not good this time she changed fully. She might not be able to come out of it." Her face went pale."Princess will be okay right?"
"What?" James asked, "That...thing...was Sam?"Sam looked around, she was in a large chamber, and she couldn't see anyway out. Fine. I'll gather my strength here, and then I'll kill the humans. She crouched in a corner and waited.
"Yes that thing was Sam." She closed all the ways out. "She can't get out. Josh would know how to fix her.""Princess will be ok." Danny was slowly breaking.
"Can we get him to help again? Do you know how to fix her?" James asked. He turned to Danny, "Yes, she will be ok. She's just fine. Try to keep it together, we will need your help."Sam could feel her energy return. Time to kill the humans. She crept back to the room they were in, and crouched, ready to pounce on the nearest one.
"He can only come back two times. I'm not using it up for this. I don't know of we can fix her. She still has a connection with Danny. So if he does anything stupid or hurtful to himself she should snap out of it." "Princess is gone. I'm coming to you." He slowly started to give up,
James raised a brow. "But what if that doesn't work? Then we would end up with one person dead, and the other still a... monster."Sam leaped onto the back of the human, clawing at them viciously.
James stumbled back, trying to get rid of whatever was attacking him from behind.
Callas eyes glow a bright color. She threw Sam off of James back. "Get away from him.""Don't hurt Princess." Danny stood up angry.
((Hey I probably won't be on until Monday internet is shut off))
((Ok))"Wait! She doesn't know what she's doing." James reminded Calla.
Sam was thrown against a wall. The humans hurt her. They must pay. She leaped at Calla, fangs bared.
Calla fell to the ground. She threw her off of her. "I don't care." "Stop it your hurting Princess." Danny started to cry.
James grabbed Sam and she dug her nails into his arm, leaving five long bloody marks. He dropped her and she ran towards Calla again. James grabbed her, being careful to pin her hands this time. She thrashed and wiggled in his arms, she was stronger in this form, and James could barely hold her. "A little help?"
"I don't know what to do." She shook her head. "James are ok." She looked over to see Danny collapsed to the ground. She ran over to Danny. "Sam will be ok. I promise." Danny was barley staying in conscious. "Danny listen to me." It was too late he closed his eyes and faded into the darkness. "James I don't now what to do." She failed at saving her friends.
"Yeah, I'm ok." He said. He made some rope and quickly tied Sam up. She struggled against the bonds, but resorted to just hissing at them when she realized that it was no use. James healed the scratches on his arms and looked at Sam and Danny with a sad eye, "I don't know what to do either."
"James I'm afraid." She paused. "Danny almost dead. Sam come back he is dying." Tears came to her eyes. She was defeated.
James looked around. "Can you keep Danny alive? He may be the only one who can change sam back if they are connected." He realized. Sam struggled. She could feel the blonde one dying. Why did it hurt her that he was dying? There was a strong pain in her chest. The human must be killing her by dying! She screamed and struggled more. She would not let them kill her.
"I might be able to." She heard her screaming. "It's working." She nodded her head and looked at Danny. Danny laid there breathing slower. "Sam I know your in there. Danny is dying. He needs you."
James smiled. "Keep it up. I'll try to wake up Danny. " he walked over and knelt beside him "danny. You have to stay with us. Sam needs you."Sam heard the human talking. She heard them say her name, and the name Danny. Both of those names were so familiar, why were they familiar? She calmed down, listening to the human.
"Sam listen to me. Danny needs you. He thinks your dead. Come on your in there. Sam your my best friend. Come on." Calla started at Sam. "Please." "Princess is gone." He muttered. He drifted off into the darkness. His life was on the line.
"He is too gone James."
James squeezed Danny's shoulder, "She is not gone, but she will be if you die. You die and she will too." He said urgently, "Danny, stay with us." He looked at Calla, "He can't die. They are connected, she would die with him."Sam was mesmerized by the human's voice. Why was it so familiar? Pain ran through her mind. She remembered everything for a moment, and cried out from the pain. Then the haze came back, and she forgot again.
" her soul would be shattered." She paused. "Sam come back please. Danny needs you." She closed her eyes and started to move the haze off of her. She pushed all the way out. "Princess is gone." He whispered. His voice was weak. He tried staying awake. "I'm trying James. I almost gone. No more power no more Princess."
Calla struggled to push away the curse. She got it away. Calla looked and felt exhausted. "James I did what I could do."
"Stay with us Danny, keep trying. You can't die, you have to stay awake for Sam." He looked over and saw what Calla did. "Oh gosh, am I the only one who always ends up un-hurt after these things happen?" He ran over to Calla. "Are you ok?" He asked, worried about how much strength she had left.Sam screamed, something was stabbing her brain. She remembered everything now, but it felt like something was killing her. Danny... She realized. If he was killing himself, then in this weakened state, she would die too. Her soul would be shattered. "Danny..." She whispered hoarsely.
"I'm fine." She gave a weak smile then collapsed. Her eyes closed. She felt so weak. "Princess?" He asked with a weak voice. He opened his eyes. He smiled. "Will you be ok."
James caught her. "You don't look fine." He said honestly. He carried her to their bedroom and laid her down.The pain stopped and Sam sighed in relief. She was human again, and she would be ok. She relaxed against the tiles by the pool, weak from what had happened. "I think so." She moved her wrists around a bit, "These ropes are really starting to hurt my arms though." She said, wiggling a bit.
"I'm ok." She smiled faintly"I'm sorry." He smiled grimly.
"Are you sure?" He asked, sitting beside her on the bed.Sam tipped her head up to look over at him. "Hey it's ok. Both of us are alive." She sighed, "Well, mostly anyways." She tried to wiggle out of the ropes, "Mind cutting these?"
"No.""Sure." He cut he rope. "I'm so tired."
James looked at her, worried, "Is there anything I can do?" He asked gently.Sam rubbed her wrists, and then immediately hugged him "I missed you so much." She said, burying her face into his shirt.
"I'm not sure. I used to much of my power." She sighed and laid her head in his chest."I missed you to." He smiled.
"I think I can help out with that." He said, smiling. He gave her some of his own power, "Is that better?""Oh Danny it was horrible. You do not know what it is like to have your mind erased, and then new thoughts shoved in." She shuddered, "I don't ever want to go near a siren again. Ever."
"Yes." She smiled. "Thank you.""Ok. I'm sorry for breaking your promise."
James smiled and leaned back beside her, "No problem.""I forgive you." She said quietly, "But please, please don't do that again. And actually mean it this time."
"I love you.""I won't she said it was hard to come out of. So I thought you were gone." Tears came to his eyes.
James smiled, "Mmmm, I love you too."Sam looked up at him, worry on her face. She brushed a tear off his cheek. "Hard to come out of does not mean impossible. You have to have a little faith in me Danny. I am a strong girl." She smiled.
"James I'm so tired." She snuggled closer."I thought you were gone. I wanted to die because you were gone." He needed her so much. "I'm sorry." He started to shake.
Jame lay down next to her and relaxed, "I'm tired too. We should rest for a while."Sam hugged him, "I wasn't gone baby, not yet. It's ok, it's all over now."
"Ok." She closed her eyes.His sobs started. He hugged her tightly.
James moved closer to her, and lay back, closing his eyes.Sam hugged him back, sighing with relief that they were both alive.
"I love you." She drifted off into a dreamless sleep. Then she saw James falling and dying.she started to struggle. Tears came down her eyes."Im sorry.i don't mean to do that. Every time you almost die I shut down completely."
James woke up and lay a hand on her shoulder, "Shhh, it's ok. Just a bad dream." He promised her."Yeah, you do." Sam said honestly, looking down. "I'm not mad at you Danny, but every time you do that, you scare me."
She tossed and turned. She fell deeper into the dream. Sh started to cry harder and scream. She struggle to get out of it."I'm sorry."
James held her tightly to him, "Calla, I'm right here, I'll be here for you. Wake up baby, it's just a bad dream."Sam smiled up at him, "It's ok." She said gently.
She heard someone talking. She couldn't get out of this dream. Her face was petrified with fear. The dream shifted of hunters coming after them. They tormented her. James came and they killed him. The dreams was on reply. She struggled to get out of the dream."I'm sorry but I can't lose you."
James shook her gently, "Wake up Calla, I know you can. you can do this. It's just a dream."Sam looked down, "I can't loose you either, that's why it scares me so much." She said softly.
She still heard someone. The voice grew fainter. She was trapped in her nightmares. She couldn't speak. "Please make it stop." She stammered. Her voice dropped. She begged the person who was there. She started to shake. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to. I shut down."
James looked at Calla's face with worry. "Calla?" He remembered what had happened to Sam and hoped it wasn't the same think. Who would be doing it to her? "Calla can you hear me?""Promise you won't do it again?"
She couldn't hear the voice. It was gone she was alone. She saw James dying over and over. They took her into a room. "Let me go." They knocked her out. Her body went limp. What was happening?"I promise I won't." He smiled lightly.
Fear struck James heart. It looked like she was in one of those nightmares again."Thank you." Sam said smiling.
Sam, Danny, I need your help. Something is wrong with Calla. James thought to them.
Sam nodded, she telleported them to James and Calla. Immediately she felt something tugging her towards Calla. She screamed, realizing what it was. "Danny! Don't let it take me!"
She heard voices.He grabbed Sam and took her to her room. "Shh we will be ok." He went back to James."James Sam isn't ready to help."
James looked down at Calla, "What was wrong with Sam?"Sam put her face in her hands. She knew if she got too close, she would be sucked into the dream as well. But she didn't want to just sit here and wait. She had to help somehow.
Danny closed all the doors with his mind. "Princess what's wrong." Tears started to come down his eyes. He wanted to let go. He lost her again. He promise not to do anything harsh.
