hi Nichole - I finished my second book - The Seduction of Elliot McBride - it wasn't my favorite in the series, I felt like there was too much insta-love feeling, even though he had "always" loved her...it just felt too rushed - but i'll be continuing the series for sure

I just finished The Wedding Dress Diaries. I'll rate it 3 stars, but it's really more of a 2.5 star read for me. The author sets up multiple conflicts, but doesn't resolve them, which I absolutely hated. Even with it being a novella, I was hoping for some kind of resolution! I have another book in the series, which I'll read for another challenge, but based on the blurb about what the Harlequin Kiss imprint means, I may be avoiding the line in the future.

Glad you liked it. I know some of the heartbreaking separations my friend went through as a foster mother, so I was able to connect with the characters.
Jojo,I read Black Hills and I really enjoyed it. It has been awhile since I read a Nora Roberts novel. Thanks for the push! :)
Hey Kami,I finished Significance and really enjoyed it. For a Young Adult paranormal romance, it caught my attention and I couldn't put it down. I've already downloaded the 2nd in the series to read! Thanks for the pick!
Hi Fran!I've finished several more books since I checked in (gotta love all the short books!) and I really liked them all. I finished An Intrepid Trip to Love, Bear, Otter, and the Kid, Before Jamaica Lane, and Wild Man. I still have at least one more I'm definitely planning on reading this month, and might get to more than that if I have time at the end of the month. Thanks for the fabulous recommendations!
Finished Dating Mr. December the other day and am currently in Seducing Cinderella. Both books are pretty good. Looking forward to finishing Cinderella!

I am glad you liked it!!
Hi Carla_Collette, I've finished two of my picks this month, An Intrepid Trip to Love by Charlie Cochet and Bear, Otter, and the Kid by T.J. Klune. Complete opposites, but I loved them both! I don't think I will be able to get to any other picks this month, but thank you for the great choices!
Kaileigh, I finished Everneath and really loved it. I added the rest of the series to my list. Just what I need more TBR's LOL

I'm so glad you enjoyed everything Karen!
Hi Nikita, checking in with my progress so far. I've read In Bed with a Highlander and Visions of Heat and enjoyed both of them. I can't wait to continue on with the rest of those series. Thanks for the great picks!
Hi Skandia, thought i would update you. Read Virgin River and it was good and may continue with the series. Though have also read Love Drink Cowboy which I loved have added the rest of the series to my tbr list. Thankyou for recommending them xxx

Finished Seducing Cinderella a bit ago. Really liked it! A touch farfetched, but overall enjoyable and very steamy! Looking forward to the next one in the series!
I finished my pick last night (Sugar Rush) and I have to say I was not impressed at all. The story was overly saccharine and utterly predictable. I made a big mistake when I placed this novel on my TBR pile. I should have went with a different novel that was picked for me. The person who made my picks had a bunch of good ideas, but this was the only one that I could get cheaply & easily). I should have just forked over $7.50 for something better. Sadly disappointed.

I read it for a challenge a while back and felt the same way you do about it. I have one other book from that imprint line, so hopefully it will be better than this one!
Elizabeth,I was able to squeeze in one last read this month for PIFM.
Feral Sins - abso fab! definitely TBR'd the next one for later.
Thanks for all the picks!

I'm glad you liked it, Ty! I plan to read it soon, as well!
Well, looks like I'm not going to be able to get to Kiss an Angel this month, the library is taking too long to get it to me. I'll add it to my shelves for future picks!
Hi Diane ~Firefly~I finished
Maybe This Time the other day and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a nice mix of comedy, thriller, chick-lit and romance. Probably some other things thrown in there as well. Thanks for the push!

Hi Victoria "Trea", Counting the first Pink Panther book (that came before the one you recommended), I read four this month and enjoyed them all:
I will definitely be reading more from the list you gave me, but probably won't get any more in before the end of the month. Thanks for such great recs!
MountainKat wrote: "Hi Fran, Here are your picks! I had lots of fun finding books, but I had a hard time finding where to put them in the rules. Hey Kat!
I finished my third pick for February, Before Jamaica Lane, a buddy read with you and Karen. I liked it, but I don't think I loved it as much as you and Karen did. Or Sass, lol. It must be me! But I did enjoy it, thanks for the pick!
hi, amy ji have actually finished two books that you picked for me, which is shocking, because i went a little barmy and read things that weren't chosen for me at all this month. i read An Intrepid Trip to Love and The Frog Prince. i laughed so hard while reading the frog prince, so thank you for that. i'm still planning on reading Bloodfever. I will probably read more of your picks next month, and I will let you know how i fare. Thanks again!

Breann wrote: "I can't believe you hadn't read Bear, Otter and the Kid before! Wasn't it so great? The second one is even better."That is great news! I hope to get to that one soon, need to figure out when I can squeeze it in. I need to fit a challenge - that always works!
For the month I have finished Five picks.Animal Magnetism,The Look of Love Winter at Mustang Ridge Hotter After Midnight and Wife by Wednesday.
Great Picks!!

They're on audio - Sean Crisden is the narrator (but I'm guessing you already checked out that route ;))
I did Breann, but I read the first - that is how the timing worked this month. Might listen to the second though.
Hi Angi,I finished
and really enjoyed it. 4 stars! I wish I had time to finish more but I bit off more than I could chew for February :)
Had to squeeze it in but finally finished
. I knew there was a reason I didn't like crows! *laughs* An easy read but I enjoy Kim Dare's books. Even in her shorter novels she provides characters you can feel like you know, a story that isn't so deep that you have to think but one that shows development.
Alright Breann here's what I got through of your picks! I've got a number I'm sure I'll still be working on getting through next month and of course the rest added to my TBR.
