Finished Savvy and loved it, but I agree with the Newbery committee that The Graveyard Book was just that bit better. Now listening to The Stupidest Angel A Heartwarming Tale of Christmas Terror, Version 2.0, but I have to say it hasn't grabbed me so far. Reading Creature Cozies, a collection of short stories that star animals - so far it's been cats or dogs or cats and dogs.
Rose wrote: "I just finished The Summoning by Kelley Armstrong. It was really amazing!"I loved The Summoning! And I think Kelley Armstrong is moving up my fav authors list! Lol.
Today I finished Bitten by Kelley Armstrong. I absolutely adore Clayton! Or Clay depending on which name you perfer.Yesterday I also started The Angel Experiment by James Pattenson. Also from the library I got The Timetravellers Wife.
And I also plan on finishing Posion Study sometime soon. It's alright, just hasn't grabbed my attention.
The Summoning was the first thing I had read by Kelly Armstrong and I can't wait to read the rest of her work.
Me too. I have heard about the Women of the Otherworld series a fair bit. And then I got it and ta-da! Lol.
I am reading Ecstasy A Novel by Nicole Jordan
and re-reading
Wit'ch Fire by James Clemens.
I'm also reading two psych books for school. :)

I've got 3 going...
Highland Obsession by Dawn Halliday
Rebellious Desire by Julie Garwood

I've just begun Jim Butcher's Codex Alera series. I just finished Cursor's Fury and have begun Academ's Fury. Thus far, this has been a great fantasy epic.

I love that series!
I love that series!
Finally finished Don Quijote De La Mancha. That book wouldn't end!Started Young Miles yesterday and already enjoying it. I'm reading this series out of order but still find lots of surprises.
The Confusion - Neal StephensonI love Stephenson, which is a good thing, since the entire Baroque Cycle runs over 2,400 pages.
So there have been a change in plans. I went to Target for clothes, came out with some and a brand new book. Fallen by Lauren Kate. And then after that I went to the library *cringe* and I was tempted to get four of the books I wanted. Instead I settled for two:Strangle Angels and I'd tell you I love you, but then I'd have to kill you.
Also, I just happened to get the Night Huntress series today. :D Not to mention I have about twenty books that I still have to read. Lol.
Hey, you can never have too many books!
Finished Young Miles and was going to move on to The Born Queen but really wanted more Scifi. So I'm reading The Planet Pirates Omnibus.
Jo wrote: "Im reading The Lovely Bones"I'm thinking of reading that. Can you tell me what it's like when you've finished it please?
I finished Blood Promise day before yesterday. I really liked it.And FYI - I surpassed my 100 book for the year goal!
I'm now reading Red-Headed Stepchild. Really enjoying it so far.
I just started Sugar Daddy which I need to read for a challenge - may/december romance. Not my thing but we'll see how it goes.
I'll be interested to read your thoughts on this one, I have it on my TBR but I've read varying reviews (and there in lies my mistake I think)so I'm a little cautious.

I hope you'll post a review on this one. The reviews I've read seem to be all over the spectrum.
I'm reading Kill for Me by Karen Rose... I've read all her other books, so I really wish she'd write faster!
I'm stuck reading Eldest by Christopher Paolini. I don't know why it's taking me so long, I'm interested... Just not addicted.
I just finished:Midnight Kiss very good
Dark Nights, Dark Dreams Sisterhood of the Sight excellent
Succubus On Top excellent
Edge of Desire very disappointing
Just started Sex & Sensibility

Ha Ha. I haven't heard of this book. Sounds very interesting. Good find!

I just finished reading Born of Night by Sherrilyn Kenyon. It is the first book that I picked up by Kenyon and it wont be the last. Whoa! This book was great. I wasn't really expecting anything but I was blown away. Sex, assassins, gore, interplanetary relationships, and did I say sex. Thumbs up! 5 stars!
Surprised myself by finishing The Confusion ... heading right on in to The System of the World - Neal Stephenson, which is the final book of the Baroque Cycle.
Finished Young Miles and I think I love him. I'm not particularly tall myself.Currently reading The Planet Pirates Omnibus. I'm not familiar with this series but it seems the omnibus presents the books in chronological order, not published. Plus the back page summary doesn't seem to have anything to do with the book.
I have been barely reading lately. I miss being able to post my "currently reading" book, but I am still reading my Witch Fire book, and a few psychology books for school. However, I am almost done with Witch Fire, which means I get to start on Witch Storm! I might start reading a historical romance with Witch Storm, but I'm not sure which one...
Anyone want to take a look at my "Own to Read" folder and give me some suggestions on which books I should read next?

I've been reading Eldest for the longest time. It's taking forver and I'm about to give up completly. Or just stop reading for awhile. In January I'm doing a bunch of challenges so I will prolly give it up to read other stuff for challenges.

But once I started reading, I stopped and put it down halfway through after about a month of trying to read it. Picked it up before the third one came out, and read the second half.

I am currently reading The Calm Technique and Raw Meaty Bones Promote health. I hope to do a lot more reading this coming year and even made a list of books to read. All i can say is LOL to Eldest when I read the book it took me awhile to get through it. That said I read book 3- Brisingr in 7 days.
Reading Soulless and seriously loving it :)I also started a Donna Kauffmann book, but am blanking out on the title at the moment.
Today I'm starting The Clayborne Brides One Pink Rose, One White Rose, One Red Rose. If you're looking for an amazing, charming, heartwarming, funny, wonderful, amazing... did I say amazing already? Anyway, check out Julie Garwood's For the Roses, book 1 in the Clayborne Brides series. I finished it last night and it has easily become my favorite romance of all time.
