Overall I liked it. I'm not completely sold on Shailene Woody, but she's better than Kristen Stewart any day. I went with friends that hadn't read the book and they really enjoyed it. They also asked me why his name was Four:)

Amanda (mandy) | 1311 comments Finished Home for the Holidays (Night Huntress #6.5) by Jeaniene Frost & Up From the Grave (Night Huntress, #7) by Jeaniene Frost . Love Cat & Bones. So, so good!!!!

Danielle (Danniegurl) (danniesreads) | 1326 comments Soooo today is my birthday YAY me. Not doing too much my boyfriend is making breakfast, and we might go out for Mexican later exciting lol. I have been looking at my goodreads suggested recommendations and I'm actually finding some interesting books that I might start reading here soon. I'm inbetween books ATM sooo I'm trying to figure out what I'd like to read.....I also look at my friends reviews to figure it out. There are a couple that caught my eye being similar to Charley in the sense they see dead people and are doing investigative work. But dang it I hope they stick with the same MC throughout the series lol.

Did you read Vlad's stories? I'm so sad the Cat and Bones series is over, I mean it did tie up nicely, but I still love them. Though I wish Vlad was getting more than just one more book. You could do a lot with him.

message 3059: by Eboni (new)

Eboni (nicolenking) | 79 comments Just finished The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight by Jennifer E. Smith . I bought this at Goodwill and didn't know if I would like it and now I'm glad I did. Hadley's character reminded me of myself in middle school when I was going through my parents divorce, only I didn't have a witty cute stranger like Oliver to help me get through it. The relationship between Hadley and Oliver is very realistic and every comical moment had me laughing. I really enjoyed this book and would recommend it.

Yeah, I did. I know! So bummed it's over. Yeah, more Vlad and Spade would have been nice :) Hopefully there will be more spin-off stories to come. . .

Have to agree; Distance Between Us is really cute, I loved the drink thing that he always did :) Pivot Point and Split Second were excellent (you won't be disappointed with that second book).

Yeah, you can definitely skip this one. Not much of a romance, but its not much of anything really. Pretty slow, just lots of Ana wandering around the city trying to figure out why she was born. But its more of a romance then anything else I guess.

Finished up To Professor, with Love (Forbidden Men, #2) by Linda Kage which was great and had cameos of Reese and Mason (YAY!). I didn't like it quite as much as Price of a Kiss, but that's an absolute fave of mine so it's hard to match. =)

Teaching Willow Session Two by Paige James was another torturous but crazy sexy installment for this mini series, and with a cliffie I'm just impatiently waiting for the third now!

Hoping to finish up Malicious Mischief (A Rylie Keyes Mystery #1) by Marianne Harden for review, it's a chick lit and isn't keeping my interest so I'm not looking forward to it. Then it's Unfixable by Tessa Bailey and Lover Revealed (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #4) by J.R. Ward !
