What Are You Reading? 2015

The cover looks really interesting. Giant murderous cats. That does sound scary!

OK Tasha I can understand why it is scary. The cover is scary by itself so I can only imagine the inside.

I need to reread this and the first book so I can get onto the last book. I love this series so far and can't wait to see how it ends.

Yeah, there have been a few for me too. I havent read Twilight or 50 tho. For me its Fever and Night Huntress. Lumatere is good enough for me to continue reading at least. Those two I quit after 2 books each. And they are long cussing series!

Yeah, well, that will never happen. Even if you weren't taking all my great suggestions, you'd still find stuff to put on there!

I have the whole Shiver series and really need to get to it. Have heard good things about Maggie's writing.

I was thinking the same thing Nicole. I might give her Shiver series a try since I loved her other books.

I haven't been able to find time to read the EH Christmas story yet Paula but I did start it and it's good so far.

I enjoyed it (**eye roll** of course). But I didn't read the novella it's coupled to. I may get around to it, or not. We'll see.
I managed to finish
while everyone was playing with their Christmas gifts, my kids are older and their stuff doesn't require assembly. BUT OMG the cliffhanger! Thank goodness I have the next book. Now to find the time to read it.

I'm in a reading slump. It's a dark place to be on Christmas holiday. I started like five books and can't seem to concentrate on any of them. Hopefully it will pass soon.
Anyways, enjoy your time with you families! :))

I read that one and didn't really liked it. Nice to hear you are enjoying it,Tracy!
Finished
last night. It was ok. I wasn't thrilled with it. I thought there'd be more of a "BOOM" ending. I am trying to get
done but I'm not that far into it. It's really weird.

I've had those on my Kindle for ages. Maybe at some point I'll get around to them. Worth reading?

Definitely worth it. I just finished book 2 of "End of Eternity" and holy mother of all cliffhangers. Can't wait for book 3.

Now starting

I hate cliffhangers, but this book looks good. How many in this series and are they all out?

It's slow in parts and kind of simple but not a bad read. Huge cliffhanger though so have the second one.

It looks like there are 2.5 but I'm not sure if that's all of them. I haven't finished the second one.

You should finish it CR because it is good. Although he does veer off the path a little in this one.

I think I'm going to read the short, freebies the rest of the year. They take up a lot of room on my shelf.
I started
. So far it's just ok. I don't like it as much as the first two. I'm about 40% in and it took the turn I thought would take the whole book to get to so now I'm wondering where it will go to hold my interest. Also reading
and it's SO WEIRD! There was just a "revelation" which I figured out from page 1. Oh well. I have two other books I need to get to this week, I hope I can!

But over the past two days I started and fini..."
I don't mind cliffhangers that much unless I have to wait months and months for the next book. Then I just start to pout and lose interest in the story.

I have the second one as well so that wouldn't be a problem. But you don't sound that enthusiastic about it, so I won't be moving it up my TBR list.

Let's just say it didn't knock my sock off Paula. It is interesting and different for sure but the excitement isn't high.

Oh I loved Lies Beneath. That was my favorite of all three books. I love Calder's POV! The second book is from the girl's POV and I didn't like it as much. Third is dual, so it was a bit better for me. I liked the series overall, though. My first mermaid series.

Really? I loved Finnikin of the Rock. Everyone's tastes are different. There's been a few hyped books/series that I didn't get either *cough* twilight and 50 shades of grey *cough*.
