What Are You Reading? 2015

Yup, that right there is our main non-problem Victoria :P SO many good books to try and resist LOL!

LOL! It's good so far. I'm almost 1/2 way done.

I should go clean...some day
I should go clean...some day

I do it every once in a while. I don't like my tbrs too high and I don't add all the series books at once because I may or may not continue the series lol.

I've never read that series. The reviews seemed pretty mixed to me and the synopsis didn't sound like something I'd like.

Wow, 2000 books, that's a huge pile. I've got a big list but nothing close to that many. My problem is I buy a book and by the time I get around to it I'm like do I really want to read that right now? I never can figure out what I'm in the mood to read. I think I'm looking for something really sweet like

I do, too. I shall go take a bit of a look now.

I just did it too I found I had some PNR still listed as Adult Romance. I've figured out I need more sub shelves so I can find things that are in the moods I'm looking for. So if I put it in Adult Romance I doubt I'll look there since right now I'm in UF/PNR world lol.
I didn't delete any. Though I wish the shelves would sort by read or tbr I hate that I see all the stuff I've read in those same shelves too.
I just finishedBound by Law and I'm thinking I'm not a huge Jakes fan. This is the second book I have read by her and I'm just not feeling it.

I liked Dawson's story.

I liked Dawson's story.

I hate that the tbr & read are lumped together too Danielle. And I'm not deleting books either, just removing from my tbr shelves to try and narrow down the books that I'd really like to get to at some point. Although it seems that they are way way way too many of course :P

That's our problem in a nutshell Teresa. I do the same thing almost on a weekly basis. My tbr is way over 5000 books. I kid you not LOL! And I keep finding ones that I want to read every other day so my shelves just keep growing. I have hundreds and hundreds of ebooks and audiobooks waiting in my kindle to be read/listened to. And I know what you mean about On The Island and Throne Of Glass those books are simply in a league of their own and that's why I have a LOVE and REREAD shelf because there are a few very special ones that I have to reread every year. I think I have like 20-25 very special ones so far :) I also have a FAVORITES shelf for all of the other special wonderful ones that I might consider rereading and don't want to ever forget how great they were the first time around.
So far these very special to me are in my LOVE shelf but of course my list continuously grows as I find and read new addicting ones:
Finnikin Of The Rock - The Lumatere Trilogy really
The Throne Of Glass books
On The Island
Beautiful Disaster
The Slammed Trilogy
The Hopeless books
Maybe Someday
The Edge Of Never
The Sweet Gum Tree
Ten Tiny Breaths
Daughter Of Smoke And Bone
The Genius And The Muse
The Scribe & The Singer
Making Faces
Infinity + One
The Sea Of Tranquility
The Fault In Our Stars
Real
Sweet Thing
A Hunger Like No Other
Take This Regret

Yes, we do find lots of good ones, don't we??

You and I must have very similar reading tastes because my list of loves would be almost identical to this.. I love most of these too :)

Oh thank you Rebecca :) yeah, from the reviews and comments I've read you're right so my plan was to just read the one for this series.
Guys, you have to read
. But do not be misguided by the cover. I thought for sure it would be fantasty. But it is paranormal/mystery and it's really good! I'm 84% right now and I just want to read as opposed to do anything at work! LOL!

Yes Brooke, for sure. I've heard so many great things about this one and have been compiling the books to then start reading them back to back. Annie also raved about it a while back and said that book 2 was just as good as the first one. And the third book is releasing next month so that'll be perfect. All 3 books are in my 300 in 2015 shelf.

There's a few on your shelf I haven't gotten to. But great list! I'd have to agree on just about all of them. ;)

Ooo. I read this & book 2 last year. It IS good! Can't wait for the next one to be released!

That's always a good sign. Will have to add that to my list.

I've read about half of these and totally agree with your faves. I'll definitely have to add a few of the ones I haven't read to my pile

Well Donna, you know.... our group has awesome reading tastes :)

I really liked that book, found out after I started that it's 3rd in a series but still good

Right??!! LOVE Barrons! Will definitely need to do a reread of The Fever series at some point too Donna.

I hope you enjoy them as much as I did (and still do all over again every time I reread them) Teresa. Feel free to look through any of my shelves whenever you want to ;)

Just finished. Really liked it. Will start #2 today. The publisher sent me an ARC of #3 so I want to get to it before publication date! I have a feeling it will be done sooner rather than later b/c I tore through this one fairly quickly!

Yeah Donna, I understand no ending a break. Barrons kept me tore up.

With all if it's all that Brooke. I suppose I should get it.

Well, woohoo then!!

We really need to move into our island Tracy :(

Cool. Its a good one. You should check out the Maiden Lane series if you are a fan of those series that eventually give an HEA for every character. If there is someone you love, just wait and they will get their own book eventually. And the characters feel like one big family. :P I love those series.

Thanks I heard great things about Lord of Scoundrels. I have read a book by Lisa Kleypas but it was a modern day romance. Good writing. Liked the book. I will have to look into them. But I am very very picky about historical romances.

I am so ready for that! I want that perfect year around weather we are going to have and those HOT pool boys that will be hanging around. Yeah Belkis, I'm ready.
