Belkis (bminaya) | 8313 comments So I decided to start listening to Reaper's Property (Reapers MC, #1) by Joanna Wylde this morning and so far I'm enjoying it. Still halfway into All Lined Up (Rusk University, #1) by Cora Carmack I wasn't able to get any reading time in last night...

Hahahahaha! Oh how very true Rebecca. You know I'm right there with you of course?! She won me over with Hearts In Darkness and then with Forever Freed, and I haven't looked back. I buy and read everything she writes LOL!

I need to get on the stick with her stuff Rebecca. I read the first one in this series and enjoyed it but somehow haven't managed to get back on track reading the rest of the books. At least now they're all out so once I start I can just keep going with them. I've heard that EOE is fantastic and can't wait to get to it :)

Yes it was. Its her only real series and E0E is the least smutty but the most story driven. Although there are a few things that are making me really hope for a #4.5 to the series.

See I didn't love BD and I really disliked WD b/c it was the same exact book, nothing new added (I was bored). So I hope I like this when I read it.

This is totally different from BD. First off it's what I would call a paranormal romance. The characters are really different, especially the male love interest whose name is Jared in this book. He's nothing like Travis in BD, but I like his character. I actually really like Jamie McGuire too. Not just her writing but I've looked at her website and she comes across, at least to me, as really nice and down to earth. Makes me want to support her as a writer.

Reapers property is good. I liked it. Bit rough and gory but good. I finished that other MC book and I tell you the editing sucks but holy cry fest at the end!

Danielle (Danniegurl) (danniesreads) | 1326 comments So I decided to start Biting Cold (Chicagoland Vampires, #6) by Chloe Neill and depending on the ending of course I am thinking of doing The Way Home (Lights of Peril, #2) by A.C. Bextor since it's book two and continues the story line just with a new love interest. And since it was so emotional, I figured I needed a break first before I dove right back in. And then hopefully the editing got better.

I hope you like it too Brooke. It's got an interesting story about angels and the characters are nicely developed so I'm hoping you'll enjoy it.

I'm hoping that the editing issues are resolved in this second book Danielle, because really?? If not that's not going to reflect positively on her growth and given that you did enjoy the story enough to attempt book 2 it would be a shame if readers starting losing interest due to frustrations over typos and grammatical errors.

I'm enjoying RP so far. It was bit confusing at the beginning with the back and forth in timelines but I'm good now. And I'm looking forward to reading Holding On since you enjoyed it and commented on the last part of it being so emotional. Hope book 2 is better though, as far as the editing I mean :)

This book has made me think of another really good series, at least so far, and that is Falling Kingdoms (Falling Kingdoms, #1) by Morgan Rhodes Rebel Spring (Falling Kingdoms, #2) by Morgan Rhodes both of these are really good. I can't wait for Gathering Darkness (Falling Kingdoms, #3) by Morgan Rhodes to come out.
