I'm still pretty new to this website, probably a few weeks old so there might not be things that I know of. Sherry S. | 1 comments Hi everyone,
I'm looking for readers who are interested in reading and giving and honest review of SMART BLONDES, a work of Southern women's fiction (Sex and the City meets Ya-Ya Sisterhood). I have MOBI and PDF files available. Below is a brief description. Please message me or comment if you are interested. Smart Blondes

Austin socialite Carrie Pryce has no clue her criminally charming husband is carrying on with another woman until she returns home unexpectedly, mistakes the sounds of passion for a home-invasion robbery and accidently shoots him in the backside. Stunned, Carrie drives all night to her quirky hometown and collapses in a near-catatonic state.
A crew of ladies spanning three generations realize it’s up to them to help Carrie get her life out of the ditch. Known as the “Presbyterian Mafia,” these are not sweet old gals. They have a book club that never reads, a garden club that doesn’t garden, and a bible study class that gossips about the Methodists. They’re known around town for antics including catfights, car chases and Voodoo rituals. The women enlist Carrie’s former childhood best friend Portia (now a lawyer) and her flamboyant cousin Eric (recently returned from New York) in their effort.
While dealing with the after-effects of her imprudent gunplay and managing a hair color disaster, Carrie meets Rhett Richards. He’s an attractive oil field worker who can make women think un-Christian thoughts by the mere act of wearing a pair of tight wranglers. Carrie soon learns that hometowns can be the perfect places to bury old scandals and create new ones.

Jennifer (alphawolfseries) | 2 comments Hello! I am Jennifer Maimone, author for the Alpha Wolf Series, the first book titled Demon's prize. This is my first published book, and I would love to get some reviewers and ratings :) It is a paranormal fiction, one that is centered around a group of paranormal beings who are either trying to find acceptance among their people, peace from their tormented thoughts, or trying to cope with the murders they had committed in the past.
There are werewolves, witches, vampires and demons (oh my!), all of whom are connected to Doctor Brent Carson, a person who is more than he seems to be.

Trey Willis | 3 comments Hi - my name is Trey Willis.I'm a therapist by trade and occasionally a psychology professor as well, but I've been parading around under the guise of being an author as of late.

I recently self-published my debut book "The Snowflake Effect: How the Self-Esteem Movement Ruined a Generation." It is a series of essays all tied to the theme of how encouraging my generation to have absurdly high self-esteem and crushing us under the weight of a million trophies has done us a tremendous disservice.

I'm new to goodreads and trying to utilize groups as a way of meeting other readers, reviewers, and authors. Feel free to check out my book and reach out if you are interested in reviewing it. Also, be on the lookout for a giveaway to begin soon.

'This was a wonderful Christmas story. I think kids and adults of all ages would enjoy it as much as they enjoy the Night Before Christmas. It has all the makings of a fairy tale as well as teaching the meaning of friendship and forgiveness.

This was a great story and I thank Andrew for letting me read it.'

Hello and greetings to my new friends (both readers and writers) of this group.
I am Atri Cruizer, a young and aspiring writer trying to find my niche in this wonderful universe of readers and writers.
Now something about me- I am an avid reader of fiction and try to spend my entire free time in reading other's works or thinking my own stories. I like many kinds of books- Romance, Horror, Sci-fi, Fantasy. However, prose that touch my heart and I can connect to are my favorite.
I am also fond of penning down my imaginations into a piece of sweet story. My first short story, Present in Love- a contemporary-romance is now available on Amazon. I am also planning to publish my first book of novels in this September.
Once more, it's very nice to meet you guys.

Barbara | 14 comments Hi Everyone.
I didn't start out as a writer. In the past I worked as a teacher, botanist, and engineer. I found all of my previous careers as stepping stones to writing.

Recently I published a historical fiction novel, Behind the Forgotten Front. It's a WWII novel, which you don't have to tell me that market is saturated. To explain why as a woman I wrote about war, when I hate fighting and two countries, India and Burma, which I had never visited, would take more room that the space allowed here. Thanks for letting me join your groupl

Interested? It's on Amazon at: http://www.amazon.com/Behind-Forgotte...
