SOLVED. Horror book about 3 best friends, main character wakes up and can't remember who she is. [s]

This book is a young adult horror book about 3 best friends that are either in senior year of high school or just out of high school. There are 2 girls and one boy, the girls names I believe are Crystal and Jessica. The book starts out with the main character waking up in the woods in a pool of blood next to where we dead friend is laying. She can't remember who she is or who the friend is, and she somehow makes her way out of the woods to her car and changes clothes, washes off and makes her way home. By the end of the book she discovers that somehow her 2 friends and her switched bodies and that she's actually crystal in Jessica's body and that Jessica is dead. The boy best friend had been the one to kill the other girl and was trying to kill her too so that they could all three be together in the same body as a spirit shaman person had told them they were actually 3 pieces of the same soul. Those are all the details I remember.
