And I finished Blood Apples (The Grimm Diaries Prequels, #6) by Cameron Jace . Done for January, and can't wait for Red Covers in February.

Fallen was a good book!

I am hoping to get to it before the end of January

Yea, I know what you mean.

I had to back out of the one series I was planning to read because I haven't finished the first in the series, and still would need to get the next two. So I had to find other books to read before the end of January.

Elena Carrasco (Lena0416) | 23 comments Thanks this is fun! i already read this month two Red color books but i would look for red and love story's for February since they are several challenges going on for that!

Chelsea (chelc13) | 1467 comments Mod
Well one of the covers fits because the girl is wearing a red dress so I'll accept it. The other cover technically wouldn't work since there's only splashes of red.

message 74: by Charlotte (new)

Charlotte Lewin | 11 comments Does paper towns count because of the red spine and the key feature is a red pin?

message 75: by Chelsea (new)

Chelsea (chelc13) | 1467 comments Mod
Yes, it does count. :)

Nice, I still have to figure out what books I will be reading for February. So far I have come up empty handed, although if I can get ahold of it, I might read Girl of Nightmares and finish the series :)

message 86: by Chelsea (new)

Chelsea (chelc13) | 1467 comments Mod
It has to be read within the month of February. I'm failing though... I haven't read a single red book!

message 87: by [deleted user] (new)

Megan wrote: "I just finished White Hot Kiss (The Dark Elements, #1) by Jennifer L. Armentrout Will this count?"

I'll count it... there aren't a lot of participants in this challenge (I wish more members would participate :( ) so I'm not being very picky.

message 93: by Maddie (new)

Maddie (maddisonbruce) | 1096 comments I'll join! :D For March is it just blue covered books that are counted?

message 94: by Chelsea (last edited Feb 28, 2014 06:02PM) (new)

Charlotte wrote: "I'm re-reading tfios, is that ok?"

We would prefer no re-reading, since the point of the challenges is to help people expand their reading and pick up books they may never have considered or keep pushing off... but like I mentioned earlier in the thread, there aren't a lot of people participating, so I'm not gonna be picky! :)

Also, Charlotte and Maddison, any books that were black that you read in January count, and any red books you read in February count even though it's practically March.

message 100: by Maddie (new)

Maddie (maddisonbruce) | 1096 comments Oh ok thanks! :D I'll check the books I've read. :)
