The winner will receive a handmade congratulations card in the real mail from me (if wanted) and a bonus prize (something flat to fit in the envelope, but I haven't thought of it, yet). Aside from those great extrinsic rewards, you will also have glory.
I will make the voting poll on the 4th of July, so you have until then to make a survey. It can be as many or as few questions as you'd like.
Each contender should start a new thread for his or her survey. May the best Hater win!
