Welcome to the challenge, Cassidy :) Have fun reading, some of your books are on my tbr and some I've already read, so I think you have a great time ahead!
Thanks Anima! I started my challenge a few days early... Couldn't wait to read The Book Thief any longer :) I'm about 1/3 of the way in & really enjoying it so far :)
I really liked The Book Thief, it was one of my favourite books in 2013, a definite 5-stars for me :)
Finished The Book Thief today & loved it! I hardly ever give a book 5 stars. Next up is The Rosie Project.
The Rosie Project is a wonderful book Cassidy... loved it :-)I'm reading The Book Thief currently... so far, brilliant....
Finished The Rosie Project a few days ago, which I thought was a nice fluffy read. Just finished Unwind today. Review is here: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show....
Finished Champion over the weekend & really enjoyed it. I thought this series was better developed & made a lot more sense than the Divergent series did. Up next is either The Kitchen House or I Capture the Castle. :)
I take it you're talking about the Legend Series Cassiday? Only read the first book so far but plan to read the rest later this month.
The Kitchen House is a really good read.
The Kitchen House is a really good read.
Yep :) I started reading both series around the same time so it's easy to compare the two. I actually liked Divergent better than Legend, but felt the rest of the series kind of fell apart. One of my favorite things about Champion is that it mentioned what other countries were like at that time. Lol, I usually end up wondering what happened to the rest of the world when reading series like this :) I'm trying to finish up The Count of Monte Cristo now & then I can switch over to The Kitchen House.
Edited my D & E letters.
was fairly entertaining for a science-y book. Currently working on Edenbrooke & listening to The Kitchen House.
So I moved from Utah to Arizona last month, which threw my reading schedule off... just realized how behind I am on this challenge! I did manage to finish
, which was a fun little Regency novel, and
though. I'm still debating my rating on the last one; it was really interesting but I don't know if it's something I'd read again (that's usually how I determine whether it's a 3 star or 4 star...) And now I want to find a non-fictionalized account of Typhoid Mary just to compare :)
