C. Shell | 38 comments I am in the mood for a good paranormal book but most of the ones I find are about teenagers and in the YA category with very little romance in them. I want more than long glances and a kiss here and there. Plus I like books that are written in first person. Any suggestions?? I have already read the Chicago vampires series.

Check out my bookshelf titled "Paranormal Favorites." I'm sure you'll find something you'll like. None of them are YA.

McGee Magoo I always recommend Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark Hunter Series for great paranormal reading. It's in 3rd person. Fantasy Lover (Dark-Hunter companion novel) by Sherrilyn Kenyon Night Pleasures (Dark-Hunter #1) by Sherrilyn Kenyon Night Embrace (Dark-Hunter, #2) by Sherrilyn Kenyon Dance with the Devil (Dark-Hunter, #3) by Sherrilyn Kenyon Kiss of the Night (Dark-Hunter #4) by Sherrilyn Kenyon etc, etc--there's a ton of them.

I just recently read Until the Sun Falls from the Sky (The Three, #1) by Kristen Ashley by Kristen Ashley and it was amazing. i'm currently reading the next book in the trilogy.

It's perfect if you're looking for tons of romance. It's got sex, but it's not erotic. It's got action and a good paranormal story, and it has great characters. This was one of my favorite PNR this year.
