#471 combine not merge - you did nothing wrong, it just needs any librarian to combine with the other editions.

Please delete obsolete books from my author page. Incubus I. Fast Friends and Incubus II. Hippieville have been canceled by the publisher at my request. They will no longer be offered. The two have been reissued as one book under the title HIPPIEVILLE. Please advise how to delete these previous versions from my list of books. Thank you.

I believe all of those are being revisted by the import script, and the invalid ones will be deleted. (IIRC, there is data not visible from this end which can better discriminate among them to see which are valid.)

The default edition is the one that will show on your profile page and that readers will first see when they click on the book link.

(Hopefully) Asking the relative question of: How do paperback/kindle versions and multiple editions work? I thought each one is to be separate, but now I've happened across queries where (I believe) authors were asking for all their versions/editions to be combined into one entry? Or did I misunderstand?
