I believe all of those are being revisted by the import script, and the invalid ones will be deleted. (IIRC, there is data not visible from this end which can better discriminate among them to see which are valid.)

If you follow the help link in the post above, it will give you instructions on how to set the "default" edition. The default edition is the one that will show on your profile page and that readers will first see when they click on the book link.
