Hi All,

For some reason, a duplicate entry for one of our books (I am with the publisher) has been created, listing us (Booktrope) as the author. I can't combine the editions as they do not show together not being attributed to the same author (I am a librarian but not a super-librarian).

Not when it's possible to restore their ASINs from the log, which I have done.

Could a super please delete the unknown and merge anything to do with it into the hardcover edition of slaves of sorroco? Not sure if I'm doing this right, I'm updating my personal e-Library and remembered seeing Slaves on Amazon last weekend and when I was searching the series, the series page still had Unknown, so I merged the two editions of Slave with the Unknown, but the only way I see to get rid of the Unknown is to have a Super delete and merge reviews.

RE: 541 I combined them. It looks like you have four editions. If you want to set a particular one as a default see #539 above

There is a paperback (w/isbn), 2 ebooks (w/ diff isbns) and a kindle edition (w/ asin). Which 2 of those are duplicates? Perhaps now you can select the 2 and copy and paste the urls in a new post.

Thank you. I have managed to set my preferred default. The duplicate is the kindle edition with asin. It is identical to the ebook with the same cover, however simply combining them worked. Thanks x

I believe those two are the same edition as I tried to add the isbn-10 on the second one and it said it already existed and when I checked I found the first one, which in turn doesn't have an isbn-13. Ran it through the isbn converter which spat out the same numbers and double checked on amazon. The only thing that's different is the page numbers, I think.

The ASIN (B0015L5DHI) does not match any Hapgood translation currently in-print, nor does it match any book for that matter. The amazon link is dead and the book can't be found anywhere else either. The cover and description is actually for the Fahnestock & MacAfee translation, which is already in our database.
