SOLVED. Regency romance where woman falls in love with a guy who saves her son [s]

In this book a woman is young and has sex with a man who abandons her and she has a son. Years later a man saves her son and she starts to fall in love with him. Then he has to save her sone again from the sea. The book had a white cover with a man on it and I think it has the word rouge in it. The book seems recent (in the last year or so) and cost 7.99. I saw it at cvs today but it was the last one and sold out. Please help!

Did a bit of searching using Lobstergirl's suggesstion of the Rogue Regency Romance line, and I think it might be A Most Devilish Rogue by Ashlyn Macnamara: " a handsome stranger rescues her rambunctious six-year-old from the pounding ocean surf".
