If you're still interested, I'd love to give it a go.
I really want to participate in a group or buddy read because I want to complete the full summer book bingo challenge. If anyone wants to do a buddy or group read with me, Pls let me know and we can figure out what book we'll read, thanks!
You could also participate in one of the Group Reads if you don't have any takers on a Buddy Read. Just a thought.
Oh, that's a lovely book, Jennah! It has been a while since I've read it so I'd be happy to do a buddy read. You should set the pace, though, since it's a reread for me and I don't want to "spoiler" the story for you.
Tomorrow works for me. I got your email as well and am fine with 3 chapters a day. They are short so it should be no problem. :)
A Passage to India by E.M Forster. I have wanted to read this for a long time and I missed the chance when it was a group read, those pesky squirrels. Maybe start mid-late September or October.
I just responded to your post in the Passage thread. Feel free to continue the conversation there. :)
I am planning on reading the Purpose Drive Life right before the start of the new year. I am planning on reading one chapter a day starting on November 22 2015. Any one interested?
Does anyone want to read
with me late Nov or early Dec? I loved Ready Player One and have been meaning to give this one a try.

Baseloaded, I've already read it, but will be happy to take part in the discussion once it's been read!
I never got around to reading A Passage to India. I was thinking about putting it at the top of my books to read list. It was a group read not long ago. The thread might still be open. I am in if someone else wants to join a discussion or buddy read of A Passage to India.
Passage continues to haunt me as well since I haven't gotten back to it. The Group Read thread is still open for anyone who wants to continue the discussion.
I've just picked up Riders of the Purple Sage. I'm trying to get in as many "haunters" as I can before the year runs out.

On another thread there was a bit of talk of a buddy read for
. Would anyone like to buddy up and read it with me? I am flexible when it is started so it is up to you. Cheers!
Sonya wrote: "I'll do it basesloaded"Great news Sonya and Holly and hopefully others to come.
Sonya: When would you like to get started? I already have the book so I am ready whenever you want. I will likely read a couple chapters a night.
Holly: Thanks, I appreciate it and I am glad you too are interested. Are you limited to when you can start?
Sonya wrote: "I have to wait a week or two to get it"What do you think of Sun. Dec. 6th as a start date?
Sonya wrote: "Ok"This will be good for my "fine looking man on the cover" read for a challenge. Bradley Cooper, Mmmmmm!
Sonya and Holly are we still a go for Sun Dec 6th? If so please go ahead and set it up Holly. Is anyone else interested in joining us? You have some time to get your hot hands on the book.
Happy reading!
Hi. Feb. 7th Renee M and I intend to buddy up and read Landline. We will be discussing it in quarter chunks. (1st quarter of the book, 2nd quarter of the book., etc.)Is anyone interested in joining in? We would love to have you.
I'm planning on re-reading the Harry Potter series over this summer, and wondered if anyone wanted to join me for any/all of them?
I'm not sure of my schedule yet, so I'm pretty flexible if anyone does want to join.

Gosh - both are tempting. I read Landline not long ago so pretty clear in my head.. As for HP, well, don't really need a reason :O) Let me see...
I wanted to re-read the complete HP series for a while now, but never managed to pick up the 4th book. I'd happily join you from that book onward, Holly :D
I've read and reread HP series. I'm working through a couple of other series so I'm not sure I can fit it in. But I'll definitely join the conversation.
I've lost the amount of times I read HP - each as it came out, and then back to the first one each time - now that I think about it, this is not normal at all :O) Mind you, you're talking to the person who took a day off for each of the LOTR films, and used to read them all at Christmas...
I'm glad to see so much interest!
To be honest, it's a series that can people can also discuss if they're not currently reading it, which is great fun!
Should I set up a thread?

I'm so tempted to join in. I've never re-read Harry Potter, but have been meaning to for ages. I could possibly be talked into it now, but I might have to drop some other things.
To Make Temptation Even Bigger - have look at the newly published book 1 and preview of 2 - illustrated! :O)
I'm planning to start this week!
I was thinking of making it quite a casual thing so people can just go at their own pace and report back whenever.

I was just going to do a series thread, like what was done for A Song of Ice and Fire, but it depends on what people want!
And Sonya, I would, but I was planning on reading LOTR again over Christmas! + I need to focus on shorter books considering I'm rather behind on my challenge.
