This week's read is Identical by Scott Turow - I loved both Innocent and Presumed Innocent: http://amzn.to/1hVwft2

alisonwonderland (Alison) | 65 comments I've read every book in this series (and particularly enjoyed Presumed Innocent and Innocent). I won't get to this one for at least several weeks - but it's definitely on my to-read list.

Tracy | 19 comments Do you have to read the series in order? I'm sure I've read two or three perhaps, but it would have been a long time ago!

I was wondering that, too.

The books have some overlapping and recurring characters, but for the most part, each book can stand on its own. (I definitely would read Presumed Innocent before reading Innocent, though, as it's a true sequel.) From the description of Identical, it seems to me that it will work for anyone, whether or not they've previously read any Turow.

No this is a stand-alone - they are all just set in the same "fake" county.

Yes, that's right.

Rebecca (purplerrr) | 76 comments Going to give this a miss. Just don't want to read about lawyers and legal stuff right now. Sorry Catherine!

No need to apologize. It's supposed to be fun.

alisonwonderland (Alison) | 65 comments I finally got to this one. I've been a fan of Scott Turow's work for over 25 years - and Identical didn't change that in the least.
