Lori I have read all four of the Crossfire books, and really enjoyed them. Cannot wait for the next book to come out.

But I believe she changed that during her writing of the other books.

And I wouldn't have minded if it hadn't taken so long to get to book 4 and it was a great story.
I loved all 3 books but CBY was just trash. It felt like she just wrote something to shut-up all her fans who waited so long.

I do not agree with your comment... In fact, the original contract Syvia Day had with Penguin/Berkley was for three books (hence, there was neither release dates nor pre-order option for books four and five). She also stated that there was no proper negotiation between her and the publishers and she was forced to delay Entwined wih You (in my personal opinion because she had to stretch the story to quintet, but let's not speculate).

Susan Destefano cavallo zimmerman I am so glad that i wasn' t the only one suffering major dissapointment. Sylvia could have and should have finished this story in the third book of the reported trilogy.Just tell us what the HEA is for Eva and Cary and everyone would have been happy. But instead she insulted our intelligence by chopping out some drivel that we were supposed to buy and love and hang on ( like we awaited for book #4) for #5! Sorry, no can do.interest is totally gone. I will maybe catch it on a clearance rack for a buck one day, or maybe not. Too many other writers out there who actually CARE about their readers, how long they wait between books, how much they pay for them, etc. she went way down my list and i have purchased many of her books. Not anymore. Sorry.
