ABANDONED. Boy and girl fall in love, both struggling with abuse at home

I came across this book but I've forgotten the title and author. All i remember is vague bits from the description of the book.

It was about a guy who had a troubled life at home, an abusive father? And he had to look after/ take responsibility of his younger brother. He's known as the bad boy at school and he meets a girl who also has a hard time at home. I think with an alcoholic father? Not sure about specifics but those are the details that stuck out to me.

Really sorry for the vagueness but I'd really appreciate it if anyone had even an inkling of what it could be. I'm presuming it's Young adult or New adult.

literally just a week ago. I think its fairly new. Published this year or the year before?
The weird thing is that i don't even remember where i saw it exactly. Either on here or amazon but I've looked for ages and can't find it.

I don't think this is the one I was originally thinking of, so I'm going to keep looking.
The one I'm thinking of (if it's the same one your are looking for) the girl ends up helping him as a tutor and they connect that way. I want to say the guys name in that story was something like Noah, but I could be wrong. Does that sound like what you are looking for? If so I'll keep looking.
(That one probably isn't it either, I think I found it and it is Pushing The Limits, by Katie McGarry.)

I just checked out the book but it's not that one unfortunately...I think the characters don't know each other to begin with and they meet and begin a relationship eventually.
