Kristie | 5928 comments Ash - You may have better luck if you suggest a book or some options for books that you'd like to read. Then people can let you know if they'd like to read one of those books with you.

message 157: by Meg-Anne (new)

Meg-Anne | 23 comments Ash,

I see you have Oryx and Crake on your TBR shelf. I'm interested in that book as well if you want to do a buddy read.

message 164: by Cece (new)

Cece (cwrob5) Does anyone want to read The Zookeepers wife with me? I'm just getting ready to start

message 165: by Ash (new)

Ash | 13 comments Meg-Anne, sorry it took me so long to reply. I was actually looking at your TBR list/shelf & I just got The Lowland from my Library if you want to read that one. Also, I'm interested in China Dolls, Requiem for a Dream, & any of the Murakami. I have to really be in the mood for Atwood's books, but I will definitely still do a buddy read on her book if you prefer. I desperately need this, my TBR shelf is out of control. Thanks.

Someone explain this whole "buddy reading" thing to me, please?

Basically 2+ people read a book at the same time and talk about it as they go.
