And I may as well ask how you get the image of the book there? :)
put the HNR or HR not read on upper line and press enter a few times to give you some space, then press the add book/author above the box. A new site will come up saying search .Put the title of the book in and press search. Then go back to the beginning box where you had HNR or HR and press post and the book will come up. It took me awhile to get it too!HNR

Do it a few times. You can always delete if you at first do not get it.
