John Blaine is the pen name of Harold Goodwin under which the books were originally published.

The editions should be combined although I don't know how the pen name is dealt with normally. At the very least the last three should be combined and the author's name made consistent.

It's me who have added the original Danish version with additional information and I'm 100% positive that they are "the same book" in different editions.
The English translation have some misinformation though: The translated title is right but 'Niels Hoyer' who is added as the author isn't the actual author but only the editor. The real author and writer of the book is Lili Elbe (she is originally named Einar Wegener but, due to her change to "Lili", Lili Elbe is used as the author name) and Niels Hoyer was her friend who helped editing it.
I hope you can combine these two editions.

It looks like someone has already done this for you, but as a GR author it is possible to combine books yourself.
