I wanted to look at the spoilers, too! I finished it! I couldn't leave off at the start of Part II because it was such a climactic point! It was pretty darn intense for quite some time after that!

(view spoiler)[Well, I have to say that the poetry slam where Will had all of those items was amazing! Every girl's dream to have someone who is that romantic and takes the time to give such an amazing "gift." But right after...the car accident. OMG! I was worried for a minute that Hoover was going to let her die, but then I kept remembering there is another book. LOL I have to admit I got scared. (hide spoiler)]

Trisha, your 2nd spoiler was my concern as well! I thought there was no way that Lake would (view spoiler)[ die, but with the potential for brain damage, it could have taken all kinds of turns! I loved the hospital bathtub scene when he gets in with her and bathes her and allows her to use him as her pillow, basically. (hide spoiler)]

Kiersten and Sherry: (view spoiler)[I totally agree with you and I loved their characters as well. I was worried that Sherry had something to hide! But she turned out to be a superb neighbor. So sad to have found her one true love, with that one kind of special love, and have him die. Then the car wreck after the slam. I was concerned as to what was going to happen! It could have been pretty darn bad. (hide spoiler)]

Julia: Everyone should have (view spoiler)[a mother like her. Such a very special woman. The IDEA of the stars brought me to tears, and some of the sayings/quotes certainly did. I was simply going through my mother's recipe cards yesterday and just seeing her own handwriting had me in tears. I can't imagine having the stars...so cool! (hide spoiler)]

Will: I don't think that (view spoiler)[ anyone could NOT want a Will in her life! I LOVED when he worried about losing Kel, too. And I adored him for intimidating the bully without taking it too far. He is allowed in my home any time. (hide spoiler)]

Kiersten: (view spoiler)[ What an AMAZING little girl she is! I love her smart mouth. LOL I would love to have been there when she put everyone in their place, but then she was rushed off stage because she had one little questionable word? WTH? Eddie and Gavin: There definitely must be (view spoiler)[ a new baby in the next book. I think maybe they'll name it after Julia in some way. I can't wait to see Gavin step up to the plate. Looks like he's already started! (hide spoiler)]

I wish Will would just put her in her place and not feel guilty about it! She wants to apologize? Well then do it lady! She doesn't need to go to his house to say she's sorry! GRRRRRRR!

Lake and Will (view spoiler)[ I wish she would remember what advice her mom gave her! I'm thinking that...or maybe wishing/hoping...she will pull out a star and it will say just the right thing for her to pull her head out of her butt! And sooner rather than later!

I agree with your spoilers! I have to say that the (view spoiler)[Vaughn situation and Lake's response just got to me. I thought that even though he should have told her, she still owed it to him to give him a good listen! But then I was also frustrated with Will for the same reason you were. He just needed to really fight! And WHY isn't he taking her OUT? They aren't "in hiding" anymore. LOL

If you take away everything else about their relationship what is left? She needs him to show her!! To remind her! And I'm ok with that! And it took this whole thing with Vaughn for this to happen! I too was so glad not to have the big wedding bills hanging over my head! It wasn't a shotgun wedding either, just circumstances with my house that I couldn't avoid and since we were already engaged we just moved the date up!

It just brought back memories of my big day so I had to share! :D (hide spoiler)]
