No, I haven't read any of her books, nor have I read Abbi Glines that I can see. I thought I had! I have several of her books and buddy reads coming up to read plus I purchased in paperback for signing. :o) They will have the following books there:

When I finished Slammed I didn't think I liked it that much but starting this the characters are coming back to me and I think I enjoyed it more than I originally thought I did. If that makes any since.

I finished and oh my gosh. This isn't just one of my favorite books, it's one of my ALL-TIME favorites! Honestly, I liked it better than Slammed, even though that one was perfect too.

Kiersten and Sherry (view spoiler)[I LOVED them. I'm so glad they were part of the story because they're just really amazing. Kiersten has so much spunk and Sherry has such a huge heart. (hide spoiler)]

Kel and Caulder (view spoiler)[These two boys are just adorable. I love how they're starting to have crushes (even though I don't want them to grow up haha). And I absolutely adore how they stood up for Kiersten. So sweet. :) (hide spoiler)]

Julia (view spoiler)[is a saint. She thought of everything to make sure the people she loved had advice to live by even after she was gone. I cried when she kept the last star for when Will proposed to Lake and how inside was her wedding ring. *tear* (hide spoiler)]

The principal (view spoiler)[is an awful human being. Not only for what she did in Slammed, but how she treated Kel and Kiersten on Dad's Day. I can't stand her. I honestly hate her. Who knew I could dislike a fictional character so much? Haha. (hide spoiler)]

Will's grandparents (view spoiler)[I love them and how they've accepted Kel into their family. The names are adorable too. Grandpaul, Grandkel, Grandcaulder...:) (hide spoiler)]

Will (view spoiler)[*swoon* I wish I knew boys like him in real life. I hope one day I find my own Will Cooper who loves me as much as Will loves Lake. <3 He's so sensitive, which I love. I loved when he asked Kel if he could be his Dad for Dad's Day along with being Kiersten. And how he told him he loved him. And when he stood up for Kiersten at school and then gave it to the principal. And I absolutely loved this part of the book "...it occurred to me that Lake wasn't the only thing I was afraid of losing" when he was talking about Kel. Gosh, I love him. (hide spoiler)]

I knew that something else had to happen since they made up with too many pages left, but I NEVER expected a car crash. My heart literally torn. I was so afraid that Lake was going to die. I read book 3 awhile ago and thought it was much better than book 2. Lake was more likable there and it was pretty romantic. We got to see EVERYTHING one more time from Will's POV

I know I am late getting going on this book, but I hope someone will read my posts and respond to some of them. I'm not even sure which chapter I am on, but I passed the part where (view spoiler)[ Will gave the box to Lake and they opened it together. What precious/sentimental notes of advice to have. I'd give ANYTHING to have notes to open from my mother regarding anything at all, even a recipe. I love anything in her own handwriting. And also what about the boys standing up for Kiersten? I thought they did the right thing by standing up to her. But poor Will and Lake know how to be siblings, but to know what to do as parents is a different story. (hide spoiler)]

Kiersten's mom: I wonder what her (view spoiler)[ story is. She had no problem being nosy about their business, but when Will asked her she said he was nosy. What the heck. Makes me think she has something to hide or at least she doesn't want to share for some reason. (hide spoiler)]
