Finally started to read Kimi Wa Pet, currently on vol. 5, and if everyone loves fantasy/sci-fi graphic novels Saga by Brian K. Vaughan is a recommended read.

I read up to volume 3 after seeing the drama series and have meant to read more of it.

I also watched the drama back in the day...enjoyable series and would recommend if it's still available online.

I read Asahi-sempai's Favorite, Volume 1 earlier today and have asked my library to get more of the series.

My other library has My Boy in Blue Vol. 1 and I plan on checking it out.

I just started Slam Dunk. Is one of my all time favourite anime but i never read the manga so i decided it to give it a chance. Only 2 volumes in and i'm in love with it.

Yeah I wish They didn't die in my opinion tatsumi should still be alive and I wash shocked when tatsumi was in love with mime (I think her name is) I think he should have been put with akame.

I've read the Maximum Ride books (up to book 5 i think) but I never read the manga, especially after the disaster that was the film.

I think with the story, their would be some deaths, but I didn't expect the whole team. In my opinion I don't thinks Tatsumi was in love with Mimi, he brought something out of her that she wasn't able to do before. I think there was something with Akame and Tatsumi, it just didn't show like it was with Mimi.

Loved the manga series! Also watched the anime and love the music... Classic shonen series.

After absolutely loving the anime years ago and re-watching it recently, I'm reading Maid-sama! By Hiro Fujiwara.

I thought it's about time I get back into reading manga and the anime cuts off at a certain point so I've always wondered what happens beyond the last episode....

I'm absolutely loving it though! currently reading volume 3 out of 18 and it's even more incredible than the anime! Much more detailed too! :)

Hmmm...how to explain Bleach....It's a pretty long series that ended with volume 74 (I have not heard good things about the end but the series itself is fun a lot of the time.) Average Ichigo Kurosaki is not as average as he might seem. You see, he can see dead people. This is the beginning of a steadily escalating power scale that seems to happen in a lot of these types of series as the hero (in this case Ichigo) is pushed to the limits and beyond. Plenty of interesting characters with fun and often comedic interactions between each other which helps keep the series from becoming too dark as bad-guys do what bad-guys want to do. Of course I remind you again it is 74 volumes long so that is another title you would have to read even if some of the books are relatively short due to all the action scenes. :)

I thought it was a good series - I borrowed the series from my local library - and I have no major complaints but for me not a keeper series.

Perfect Blue is an animated movie from 1999 that now has at least 2 light novels from Seven Seas entertainment (though I have not read either I vaguely remember the movie was creepy and dark at times.

Yes I have. Gorgeous artwork and fantastic characters make it one of my favorite series. :)
