TT2-Mods' October Challenge for BAPs: Halloween READ-A-THON (4th - 19th)

Would this be ok for the "masters" category of Theme 2?

Yes.

BAPs are book advantage points - the things we trade cupcakes for and win from the monthly mod challenges since April - that count the same as books we actually read.

So... READ LIKE A BANHEE! :)

There are two spell out options and a color cover hunt that you can use your romances and mysteries Etc for, and your teammates can cover the Halloween type books!

If you don't feel comfortable with any halloween themes for your books, maybe they can fit yours into some of the themes.
Plus, event one, is all about pages read, so any of your books can be used to that.
But, since this one is a team challenge, you need to check in the options that cadet blue are planning on their thread. And also let them know you want in.
Happy readings !
ATTENTION, THE RULES FOR BAP's AWARDING HAVE CHANGED:
◈ Each event will have a book advantage awarding, as follows:
EVENT #1:
1st Place:10 BAP'sIn case of a tie, the full amount of book points will be granted to the tied teams.
2nd Place:8 BAP's
3rd Place:6 BAP's
4th Place:4 BAP's
5th Place:2 BAP's
EVENT #2:
Tasks 1 to 5: 1 BAP per task completed
Final task: 5 BAP's
Each team participating in the read-a-thon will receive 5 BAP's - and yes, it's cummulative

It looks that way..."
Yes. Is not about speed but completing all tasks.

Message #1 has a link to the start hour in all time zones.
You can see it here

It would be Masters of Horror.

ugg 2 tired to read T_T i need to get back to normal ppl's schedules! but yay 45mins to go =D

well they have the contract for the 4th season.. and they only aired 3/13 episodes. So i dunno Mary

rofl xD
Mary i usually get my information about shows here. Doesn't say anything about being cancelled, as far as i'm aware. But i might be wrong.

Okay, I updated the SU with some of the October Halloween Read-a-Thon info. Tomorrow I'll add page count.
Event #1 is on the left, Event #2 on the right (they are labeled at the bottom).
Team Members whose numbers are in light grey are not included in the Total.
If the numbers in a column are still in your Team's colors (as the example on the right), that means I do NOT have your info yet for that event... or I missed it!

Please double check - and let me know if you see any errors. Thanks!

You can keep record of the finish book in your team's thread. It will only count when the step is posted as complete, but it will help your team to know how many there are still to read to be able to complete the step.

Sonia and Lisa Kay have worked on the October Halloween R-a-T section of the SU again.
Please note your BAPs are totaled, as indicated by the red arrow in the screen shot below.
These now carry forward to the first and second pages (Summary and Summary Ranked in Order).
This is a dynamic spreadsheet, so we haven't updated pages just yet.![]()

Eep! Yes.
(Finally, a question I can answer.)

Yup.
According to Sonia's post:
Yup.
