Hi Zara,
I have finished
and it was a 4-star book. It would make a great movie just like Pride & Prejudice. thank you for that recommendation. Now I have to decide which book will be my next victim:)
I am leaning towards Kristin Hannah.
Thanks for a regreat recomendation.
Skandia,I finished my first two picks:
&
.I liked them both and gave them 3 stars.
I plan on reading a couple more! :)

Hi Sass!I read
and loved it. Thanks for the rec!I am going to try and fit a few more in this month if I can. I would like to get to
and
Hi RebeccaI finished 2 books from your recs so far this month - the first was Flesh. Menage isn't usually my thing (it just seems too much hard work to have to deal with 2 men in a relationship) but I can see it working in a post apocalypse situation like that. That said I love zombie books and I really enjoyed this one (4 stars).
The second book was Seduction and Snacksand I loved this one too, it was a laugh out loud book. I really liked all the characters and reading from both points of view sometimes about the same situation was really good. This is definitely a series I'm going to keep reading.
I'm going to try and read a couple more recs too.
~Leslie~,I finished my first pick
.As always, it's good to return to Stephanie & Co. This is my comfort read series :)
Thanks for the push to pick one of them up again!
Heya, Daffodil! Finished my first pick this morning: Tie Me. Was definitely an emotional, enjoyable read! Next up is Pies and Prejudice, which I also started this morning. Not that far into it, but already chuckling!
Victoria wrote: "Heya, Daffodil! Finished my first pick this morning: Tie Me. Was definitely an emotional, enjoyable read! Next up is Pies and Prejudice, which I also started this morning. Not that far into it,..."Great!
laurlaI finished Love, Hypothetically today. I enjoyed it, but as I usually feel about books of this length, 100 pages, I wish the author had just written a whole novel. This book is part of a series and I am looking forward to reading the next one.
Dee,I finished Vision In White by Nora Roberts today. Not my favorite Nora Roberts book but very glad that I read it. It had a great story line and kept me reading. Thanks for the suggestion!! I'm going to try to get in the Molly Harper or Club Shadowlands this month. Thanks!!
Crystal,I finished
today. I listened to the audio and I loved it! You should read it, too!I'll probably read
next.
Elizabeth wrote: "Crystal,I finished

Dracula, I have the ebook and the audio was on sale from 29.99 down to .99 on amazon... you may want to look into that. I hope to read/listen to it Monday or Tuesday.... We'll have to compare notes!
ArenaI finished my first pick Animal Magnetism and I loved it. Thank you! I'm off to start another book.
I finished my first pick. Marie Antoinette, Serial Killer. I thought it was pretty good. I gave it four stars.
Hey, Ty!I finished Shadowfever today, and while I liked it, the whole series didn't have the impact on me that it did on so many people. I'm not sure if it's because UF is kind of hit-or-miss for me, or if it was the amount of detail involved...I had trouble keeping track of everything that was going on and why. Probably a combination of both. I did enjoy it though, and I'm glad I've finally read the series. Thanks for the recommendation! :D

ooh awesome! I kinda agree about the entire series as a whole. But the last 2 books were much more impactful (is that a word??) to me. Glad you liked it!
Hey Kristi!I finished up Kamikaze Boys today. Not bad, but not great either. 3 stars. :) Thanks for the pick!
Nichole, I finished
! Five stars for me. I loved it!! I'm hoping to get
before October is over but the waiting list is long. I might be reading another of your picks before the month is out, too.

It's always good to have that one series that is a comfort to read. Mine is the In Death series. Glad you enjoyed this one!
Daffodil--Finished another one! Rainy days at work equals reading time, which is always a win for me! Pies and Prejudice wasn't my usual cup of tea...I tend to read romances more so than murder mysteries, though I have read them in the past, however it was a decent read. I'm going to give it three stars in my review, but my actual feeling is that it's more of a three and a half star read. I'm curious enough to read more of the series when I get a chance, though!
Diane, I finished
it was a pretty good book, not my favorite of the series by far, but a strong book.. Next, I am going to try
. I have never read this author so we will see.
arenaI finished my second pick The Darkest Hour absolutely loved it! I look forward to reading the rest of the books in the series.
Thank you for the pick.

Happy Reading!
I'm really enjoying your recommendations so far Shelby, so thanks! I just finished
and loved it. Now I have a new author to look into. Yay! I also read
for a challenge I needed to finish last month, so it doesn't really count here, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I'm hoping to get to
next.
I've just finished my first book.
Beautifully written and the title is perfect for this story. I feel so much for Briony, Cecilia and Robbie. I love the little twist in the ending as it made the whole book so much more romantic. I am now tempted to re-watch the movie again, even though I have already watched it once years ago.

Just finished my third pick, Touched by an Alien. This one I positively LOVED!!! Thanks for the Recommendation, Daffodil! Probably going for something a bit lighter now, but don't know what just yet.

Guess I got ambitious today...finished Own the Wind just now! I don't think I would have enjoyed it as much if I hadn't just watched the first two episodes of Season 1 of Sons of Anarchy yesterday. That being said, I really liked this book, but also felt a bit lost in it, like I was missing part of the story. Turns out I was, so I get to backtrack now, but that will be a ride I look forward to another time. Probably going for the Dee Henderson books next, not sure though.
