Cas sighed some. "What ever Lucifer gave you the is messing up your logic the fire is gone the only thing that remains is smoke."
Dean frowned. He watched Naomi silently. This wasn't the same girl. It wasn't the girl that he loved. The lower levels had been completely evacuated. Wyatt went to go find Sam, coughing because of all the smoke.

"Dean grab her now. We can't worry about if she is in their. All we know is Lucifer can't get to her." Cas said.
Sam was coughing at the higher levels were almost done evacuating.
Dean nodded. He grabbed Naomi, wrapping his arms tightly around her. Wyatt helped some of the last few people get out of the higher levels.

Sam started to look for Wyatt.
"It's alright Naomi." He whispered to her. Seb informed Dean about her back. The smoke wasn't as bad the higher up you went. Wyatt coughed, unsure where Sam was.
Mod
Sam was on the lower levels looking for Wyatt.
"You tried to burn up a hospital." Dean told her. Wyatt was on the same level as him. "Sam?" She called out, one hand over her mouth so she could breathe a little easier.
Mod
"Over here." The smoke was getting worse.
Dean frowned. He purposely hit one of the cuts on her back, knowing the pain would distract her. Wyatt followed the sound of his voice until she found him. "We got everyone out. Come on." She said, taking her hand away from her mouth and grabbing his Hand.
Mod
"Okay. It seems like this is getting worse." Sam said.
"I know. But the pain gets you to focus." Dean answered. He hated hurting her but he had to. His brother was still inside and Dean needed him to get out safely. "That's because it is." Wyatt whispered, coughing again. She led him toward one of the exits that had been left open.
Mod
Sam coughed again and nodded. "Okay we need to get to them and see if they got Naomi"
"No. I'm not letting go." Dean replied. "I know. Now quit talking before you start coughing more." Wyatt said. She led him toward the exit and outside, coughing.
Mod
"Dean do something to her." Cas said. "Or I will."
"Cas I could really use your help.." Dean said, still trying to hold her back. Wyatt didn't let go of his hand until they were a little ways away from the building. She was grateful that she had chosen to put on a black t shirt after Sam had stitched her up because it hid blood well. Her stomach was bleeding again, badly. She put her hand over it, trying to apply pressure to get it to sop.

Sam picked her up. "I'm going to have Cas heal you." He whispered softly in her ear.
Dean held onto Naomi. He sighed, hating that they had to do this to her. Wyatt frowned, biting her lip. "You trust him?" She asked softly, coughing. She was scared that Cas would try to heal her and another event like what happened with Naomi before would happen.

"Yes." He said softly. "Cas can you heal her?" Cas nodded and healed her.
"Naomi, the pain is what is keeping you from burning a hospital to the ground. I'm sorry but this was the only way.." Dean whispered.Wyatt bit her lip. She was still, letting Cas heal her. "Thank you, Castiel.." She whispered.
Mod
Cas nodded his head. "She's at a lake." He told Dean.
Dean frowned, sighing as she disappeared. "I know where." He muttered, running a hand through his hair. He looked over at Sam. "You alright?"Wyatt sighed softly, coughing again. She didn't try to struggle out of Sam's arms, too tired to try or even care.
Mod
"If I continue giving her the pain she's going to bleed to death." Cas said softly. "We need to go fetch her."
Sam nodded. "It's okay."
Dean nodded. "Let's go then." He told Cas. Wyatt looked at her father. "Dad, you need to go too.. You, Dean and Cas. You three can help her the most." She said gently.
Seb nodded, sighing softly. "I love you Wyatt and I'm sorry.." He said quietly.
Mod
Naomi didn't notice she felt like dying. "Go away. If your someone to kill me. Kill me." She whispered. "Love is dangerous because the person will always hurt you."
"Do you want me to stop the pain?" Cas asked Dean.
Sam looked down. "We will be relaxing." He whispered softly.
Dean nodded. "Yeah." He quickly knelt beside Naomi. "I'm so sorry." He whispered. Seb went to Naomi's other side.Wyatt nodded. "Thank you Sam.." She whispered to him.
Mod
Naomi was too weak to do anything much less use her powers. "No you're not don't say sorry if you don't mean it you knew that would hurt me." Her voice was feeble. "I said to choose. It was like those whips were hitting me over and over again."
Sam nodded his head with a light smile.
"I am sorry. We didn't know what else to do. You were going to burn down a hospital full of people." Dean said gently. "I still love you and I'm sorry that we had to do that."Wyatt coughed again, frowning. She bit her lip, watching him. "I'm sorry. I know you got hurt when they took me. I came out to try and get to you and then there were these two demons there, I killed one but the other put something over my mouth and it knocked me out.." She whispered.

"Wyatt, shh." He said softly. "Don't worry about that everything is going to be fine." Sam said looking at her. "Sleep because we are going to need it."
"I'm not going to stop saying sorry because this is my fault." Dean sighed. "I shouldn't have let you walk out, then none of this would've happened..""Promise?" She asked softly, looking up at him. Wyatt bit her lip, wanting to talk more to him. She still wasn't completely sure of what was going on. Her father was alive, she knew that much.

Naomi looked at him tears ran down her face. "I love you Dean so much and this really hurt me I think we need to work on our relationship more before we become serious." She didn't want to get hurt.. "Why did you come?" She asked Seb. "To rub it in even more that I'm not your kid."
"Yes, but remember things may seem bad, but we always figure it out. Then everything will turn out okay" Sam said.
Dean sighed. "I know. And we will." He replied quietly.Seb frowned. "I came to check on my eldest daughter." Seb replied. He knew how badly he had messed up with her and knew that it would never be the same between them.
Wyatt nodded. "Okay.." She said quietly.
Mod
"I'm going to find us a hotel." Sam said. "Just relax."
"I know and I'm sorry. I know that doesn't fix anything but it's a start. I made a mistake when I said those things.." Seb answered quietly. "I can walk, you can set me down.." Wyatt said softly, looking up at him.
Mod
"No your tired." Sam said. "Plus we are almost there."
Seb hugged her gently. "I'm so sorry Naomi.." He whispered.Wyatt sighed. "Fine." She said quietly, giving in.
Mod
Sam walked in the hotel got a room and walked into the room. Setting her down on the bed. "Sleep."
"You've got to fight it." Seb told her. "Lucifer wants you but I know you don't want that." "You need to sleep too.." Wyatt whispered, curling up on her side.
Mod
"I will." Sam said.
Seb looked to Dean and Cas for advice. He didn't know what to do.. Wyatt nodded, yawning. "Okay.." She whispered, closing her eyes. After a few minutes, she fell asleep.
Mod
Sam smiled softly.
Dean leaned over and kissed her softly. Wyatt slept peacefully, not talking in her sleep for once.
Mod
Sam smiled as she slept.
Dean smiled against her lips. Wyatt didn't sleep for very long. She started to wake up after about ten minutes.
Mod
Sam sighed a bit."Are you having a hard time sleeping?" He asked softly.
"She's not your pet.." Dean said, glaring. Wyatt nodded, opening her eyes and looked at him. "Yeah.."
Mod
Naomi nodded as she started walking over to the lake. Her body was burning out. Sweat droplets came down her face. "Hurry up pet." She nodded her head and stumbled some.
Sam walked to the bed that she laid on. "Want to talk about it?" He asked softly. "Are you worried about your sister?"
Seb quickly went over to her, standing between her and the lake. He would keep her from getting to the lake no matter what. Wyatt moved over so he could sit or lie beside her. She shrugged. "Not really about Naomi no. She can take care of herself.." She sighed, biting her lip.

Naomi felt like the world was spinning, but she had to get to the lake to please her master.
"You stupid pet flash in the lake." Lucifer shouted at her.
Sam sat on the bed. "Oh then what's bothering you?" He asked softly.
The lower levels of the hospital had filled with quite a lot of smoke. Wyatt continued to help.
