They rolled her back and completed the surgery leaving her in recovery fast asleep.

Dean was allowed into her recovery room after the surgery.

Naomi opened her eyes slowly. She was still tired. "Hi." She whispered. "Did they save the baby?"

"Hi love." He frowned and shook his head. "They tried but they couldn't. They did everything they could." He said gently, taking her hand.

Naomi didn't answer him right away. "The baby is really gone?" She whispered softly. "I don't want that to be true. I thought maybe it was just a bad dream."

"Yeah. It's gone. I'm sorry love." Dean replied. "I don't want it to be true either but it is, it'll be alright."

Naomi felt the tears coming down her face she was too tired to speak.

Dean gently wrapped an arm around her. "I'm sorry.."

Naomi looked resting against Dean. "Don't leave. I can't lose you too."

"I'll never leave you." Dean promised.

She nodded her gently as she closed her eyes. "Okay" she whispered.

Dean held her, smiling faintly.

Naomi looked peaceful as she slept.

Dean noticed that she had fallen asleep and gently let go of her.

The doctor walked in. "We're going to wheel her into a normal room. She will be able to go home in a few days. She's going to need a lot of love from the people she cares about"

"Okay." Dean nodded.

The doctor had nurses roll her into her original room.Naomi curled into the bed.

Dean followed. He sighed and looked around.

Naomi eyes opened slowly. "Dean I'm tired"

"Then get some sleep love." Dean replied.

"But I want to go home." Naomi said.
