Life sucks, we all know it sucks, we have a gazillion threads describing the suck-age that is life. But do we ever stop and think about the good that comes from the bad?

I quit smoking: the bad
and found out I had a hidden heart condition: the good.

What lemons have you focused on without recognizing the lemonade that followed? Keeping in mind that sometimes you have to add some sugar to make it taste good.
