I need some advice

I am helping German authors whose books have been translated into English. With on ene of those there is a problem: http://www.amazon.com/Killing-is-easy...
There are two reviews with one star - making it 4/3. Therefore I can't find any more reviewers and I can't run paid promotions without more reviews... stuck. Any ideas on this? And whoever would like to have a copy of the book can have a mobi file.

Try this group. They do review exchanges.

Based on the Amazon feedback, you might want to have 3 to 5 betareaders read the book; further revisions might be needed.
