"how about the truck? The seats are more comfortable." He held the door to the shop open for her.
Rae nods and walks out to his truck
He opened her door for her, closing it once she was in. He got in on the driver's side.
Rae smiles and eats her donut.
He ate one of his own. "you should done over to my apartment. Julie misses you." Julie was his dog. She was only about a year and a half old and loved Rae. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia...
Rae grins. "She's always liked me better." she teased.
Jordan pouted. "hey! She's my puppy!" He snuggled, as if emotionally hurt. "though that is true." He ate his donut. "could you come over after school? My mom won't mind." He smiled.
Rae laughed and nodded. "Yeah."
"yay!" He grinned. "want another donut?"
Rae shook her head. "No, thank you."
"why?" Jordan pouted. "you need food."
"Not more, Jordan. I don't need a lot of food." Rae said.
"just one more?" He asked, holding one out to her. "you need to eat." He murmured.
"you only had one. Come on." He took her hand and pulled her to him. "just eat it."
"Jordan. No. I'm full." Rae said.
Jordan sighed and nodded, holding her in his lap, her back to his chest. "fine." He rested his chin on the top of her head. "is there anything you want to talk about?"
Rae leaned against him. "No." she said.
"alright." He wrapped his asthma around Greer waist and just sat there holding her as the radio played softly.
Rae laid her head on Jordan's shoulder as he wrapped his arms around her.
Jordan could fell his heart beat a little faster a he held her. He smiled softly and leaned back against his seat, content.
"Jordan?" Rae inquired. "Why are you so nice to me?" she asked curiously and quietly.
He furrowed his brow "why wouldn't I be nice to you?" He chucked. "you're my best friend."
"Thank you." Rae said. She closed her eyes, accidentally falling asleep.
He smiled softly and let her sleep. She was so cute when she was asleep, he didn't want to disturb her.
Now Jordan was asleep, still holding her.
Rae noticed he was asleep and stayed still.
He murmured something in his sleep and held her a little closer.
Rae smiled and closed her eyes again.
He nuzzled her hair, his lips pressing against her head softly. His eyes slowly opened "rae..."
She looked at him. "Yes?" sge said softly.
He glanced down at her and blushed, pulling away slightly "er, nothing."
Rae bit her lip and nodded, looking away.
"hey, what time is it?" He asked, stretching slightly.
Rae looked at her phone. "Um...1:39..." she said, climbing out of his lap.
His eyes widened "crap! We were only supposed to miss first period! It's like, the middle of sixth now!." He groaned, running a hand through his hair. "well, there isn't much point in going back now, school's almost over..."
Rae bit her bottom lip. If she hasn't fallen asleep they would've been at school hours ago. She looked out the window. Did she always have to create problems? This is why no one else was ever nice to her.
He saw her expression. "hey... It's not your fault. I fell asleep too." He murmured.
"I fell asleep first. If I hadn't we'd be at school." she said quietly.
"Rae, don't say that." He shook his head "I'm the one that made you ditch so it's still my fault." Hr took her hand, squeezing it gently "not yours."
Rae looked away. She always felt guilty.
He pulled her into his lap again and hugged her. He stayed silent as he held her.
Rae buried her face in his chest. Jordan was the only person that treated her right.
He stroked get hair "why do you always decide to blame yourself?" He asked softly.
"Cause its always my fault." Rae said softly into his chest.
"no it's not. Every time you think that it's typically my fault." He smiled softly Anne lifted her chin, looking into her eyes. "you've never actually done anything wrong. Silly girl." He cycled, strolling her cheek with his thumb as he held he chin. He couldn't help but glance from her eyes to her lips then back again. He bit his lip, blushing lightly.
Rae didn't notice the blush because she was shaking her head.
He was glad she didn't notice. "Rae, listen to me." He held her head still "you didn't do anything wrong. I take full responsibility."
