Templeton The Departed (MacKinnon Curse, #3) by J.A. Templeton Strawberry Shortcake Murder (Hannah Swensen, #2) by Joanne Fluke To Kill A Warlock (Dulcie O'Neil, #1) by H.P. Mallory Courage After Fire Coping Strategies for Troops Returning from Iraq and Afghanistan and Their Families by Keith Armstrong

message 67: by Jenn (new)

Jenn (engelsigh) Courage After Fire Coping Strategies for Troops Returning from Iraq and Afghanistan and Their Families by Keith Armstrong is about troops returning from Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom and treatment of PTSD and a whole host of other issues that they face upon return. Do you think that would work for "4 – 4th of July is Independence Day. Read a book with a red, white and blue cover, or that is set on the US, or has the US flag on the cover. Or read a book where the main character is fighting for his independence or for some greater good." from a book a day challenge?

message 68: by Jenn (new)

Jenn (engelsigh) To Kill A Warlock (Dulcie O'Neil, #1) by H.P. Mallory could be used for Book a Day "Over 30" since there are fairies and vampires and Loki. Or it could be used for September takeover because there is a cat and an owl on the cover. - but its not the main focus.
