When I started putting all these on we (i am one of the co-authors) were planning on releasing the book serially. Since that happened we have abandoned this plan, and the book has been released in its entirety (the first link). But we would like to keep our reviews, to-reads, and shelves, so please combine these if possible! Thank you!

Sorry, Amira, GR policy is that they stay separate. regardless of availability. Think of us more as a library than a bookstore.

I'll put them all in the series that is already started and that way the reviews are accessible to those who are interested in the books ;)
