She took the clothes, biting her lip. "Thank you," she chuckled gratefully. "I'll see you in a minute,"she told him after closing the door and putting on the clothes.

Phoenix laughed again and walked back downstairs.
She struggled into the clothes and then walked out.
Phoenix went into the kitchen and grabbed some pancake mix.
She walked into the kitchen, smiling. "Hey."
"Hi. Want yo help me?" he asked.
She nodded and went to his side.
"Get some eggs and milk." he said.
She nodded and got htem out of the fridge, chuckling.
Phoenix looked over his shoulder at her. "What's so funny?"
"Nothing. Us, making pancakes," she smiled lightly
"It's so normal," she chu kled.
"Something wrong with normal?" he asked.
She shook her head. "No, but this week has been strange."
Phoenix shrugs. He takes the eggs and cracks them.
"What should I do?" She smiled
"Measure out the milk and put it in."
She nodded and did as he asked.
((ugh. skip pancake making?))
Phoenix placed the pancakes on the dining room table and went back to the kitchen to grab some syrup.
She put plates and cutlery on the table, humming. "Where's Ariella?
"Oh, work?" she mumbled absently, sitting down.
"Where does she work?" she asked curiously.
"For the Fey council." he explained.
"Really? What do they do?" she blinked.
Phoenix raised a shoulder. "They make decisions for the Fey people, stuff like that." he said. "Arielle can tell you more than I."
She nodded, a little dazed. This was all so strange and new to her.
Phoenix watched her for a moment. "Eat your pankcakes." he said.
She nodded, chuckling, and began to eat the pancakes.
Phoenix grabbed one off the plate and walked towards the door. "I'll be back."
"Okay," she bit her lip as she watched him.
Phoenix walked out the front door and snapped out his wings.
Where was he going? She felt distraught, sometimes, she just didn't know what to do.
Phoenix sped upwards and flew off in the direction of the town.
"Phoenix?" she called out softly. No answer. Why was he gone? She bit her lip and curled up, hugging her knees to her chest.
Phoenix dropped in a patch of trees and walked to a grocery store.
She rested her chin on top of them and thought.
Phoenix grabbed a gallon of milk and bread. He paid and went back to the patch of trees.
She heard someone knock on the door, and frowned. Who was it? She hesitantly walked towards the door.
Phoenix remembered. The other Exiles were coming today so they could discuss something. He sped home. Landing behind them. "Sirs." Phoenix said making them turn around.
She was about to open the door when she heard Phoenix. Uh?
"Rose." he called out. "Don't open the door."
Rose blinked and frowned. "Why...?"
"Don't. I will." he said. The other Exiles snapped out their wings and flew up and off.
She bit her lip as she pressed herself against the wall. What should she do...? Get.. protection. She bit her lip as she ran to the kitchen and grabbed a knife.
Phoenix walked in. He saw with the knife. "Unless you plan yo try and kill me with that I suggest you put it away." he called out.
