MOVIE! And the cast
I hope the movie is good. The books were interesting in their own sort of way, and I liked them, despite some opinions. :)However, I pictured Luce to be innocent and pale with dark, almost black, eyes. Addison Timlin doesn't fit this, in my opinion.
Then again, the movies always change how the character looks.
I always picture Alex Pettyfer as the cute guy in books, but he can't always play the cute guy. :( I do think they made a decent choice, just from looking at pictures, on Jeremy Irvine. They better give him purple contacts. ;)
Sam better be cute, too. In my mind, I wanted Luce to end up with Cam, despite how he is. :D
Samantha, imdb.com says it will come out in 2014.
I have read almost all the books so far of this series, so I cannot wait to see the movie and see how it turns out ^^ i need the get the 1st book again to re-read before then.

Alex Pettyfer can give this look that is both charming and makes him look like he is hiding somthing.
I just want to know who is playing Cam!!! That's what's important. I don't have high hopes for this movie, the books were just okay, but I guess we'll have to wait and see. If it wasn't for Cam, I wouldn't have kept reading anyway.
Is anyone else bothered by the fact that Jeremy Irvine was offered the role of Four in Divergent, and he turned them down because he didn't want to be seen as a "teen icon", and now he's signed on to do Fallen? Why?
Really?! What's going on with these actors. First it was Alex Pettyfer with his turn down.
I didn't even know they were making this a movie!! I think that Jeremy and Addison look perfect for the parts, and I'm excited that they are making them movies, though I still need to read the series it's been on my TBR list for a long time and I'm actually really excited that they are making the book into a movie because I think that if it's done right the movie will be really good.

Super exited for the movie but I don't know how it will be . Its a good book but that dosnt mean its gonna be a good movie . Jeremy is not what i expected for Daniel but im pretty happy about luce . Do you know who they picked for cam ?

Ooooo I'm excited for Fallen. I heard a rumour Disney was making it though? Is this true? I'm happy with Luce's actor but not Daniel's. I hope the movie gets good ratings so they can make the rest unlike City of Bones.

This is Cam. Some fans are 'crying' now. I think he is cute, but smoking hot?????
For me... they have ruined my Daniel, so I am practically losing hope with the cast.
I will not miss the movie regardless the disappointing cast... :)

Especially with unknowns, yes they're great for some things but not everything. So weird though, I thought when the movie was first solidified that Lauren Kate said Lucy Hale would be playing Luce (like, for sure)? I'm glad she isn't, but I heard that for months...
Guess we will just have to wait and see :/
I like Cam and Daniel, but Luce is just a no for me. She doesn't look like Luce at all. Luce isn't supposed to be that happy high school looking girl and I think Addison looks too... American teenagery. I don't know how to phrase it correctly, but she doesn't have that sadness, that dark beauty that Luce posesses... I just can't picture it.

I get what you mean though. The first story is super dark so I hope she can pull it off.

Ines you're spot on, he'd be a great Cam... Jordan I was thinking the exact same thing today, they are taking our beloved books ans ruining them. The movie people seem to forget who made it popular in the first place (us, the readers) totally neglect our thoughts and feelings, and do exactly what they want to it! Its a given that they'll ruin the book I just hope we get a good film out of it..

For Harry Potter, they could have those talented actors and newbie for the whole characters, for no one was written as strikingly handsome (except young Voldemort, and they did have a handsome actor to play him)
For characters like Daniel and Cam, they could have picked up unknown actors but should be with stunning looks.
They have ruined my Jace for having Jamie playing him (no offense to Jamie. I think he is cute but not that gorgeous as Jace, and he has unflattering butt!) I hope they will not ruin Fallen by miscast Daniel and Cam.
I am afraid now if they are going to filming The Iron Fey series. A less handsome Prince Ash will kill me....
Well, I have just finished the Iron Fey series and I can't imagine how much they'd miss out if they filmed it, they missed out loads on The Host and beautiful creatures, they weren't as action packed and they didn't need to create a whole new world in which to film it (I haven't seen city of bones yet, I have too, obviously, but I have been warned against it!) They'll have to film the whole series as well because otherwise people arnt going to understand the love story... or of course they'll just completely change the end so they dont need too!

I managed to not fall asleep to watch more Jace's scenes. The film is not worth your time and money, unless there is a discount or free coupon.

Well you all also got to think about it another way to, that image maybe of the real actors face, without the movie magic of makeup and wardrobe that will make him look like a completely different person when it comes to filming the movie, but yeah, I agree as of right now he does look very disappointing for the Cam character, and same for the other cast characters. But in the end it all runs down to the final movie magic of the makeup and wardrobe to complete the characters along with the acting.But I do got to say the chosen actor for Cam looks far too young, I think they made better choices with Lucy and Dan actors then they did Cam
Not even close...he is nothing that cam is in the books!

If that's CAM their going to tottaly blow this movie to smithereens!!!! As in it's going to be a major monstion falier! NO TURE OR OTHER WISE FALLEN FAN WILL AGREE WITH THEM AS THIS GUY PLAYING CAM OF ALL PEOPLE!!! Sure he could MAYBE play Mile's in the 2ed one if they EVEN get that far! But CAM?!?!?!?! NO WAY MAN!!!!! SOOOOO NOT CAM WORTHY!!!

I like the people playing Luce, Daniel, and Cam! Addison Timlin looks like Luce. She's so pretty! The guys playing Daniel and Cam are cute! I can't wait to see who will play Penn, Gabbe, and Arriane and the other characters.

the girl playing luce doesn't fit in for me, and well Daniel (my fav) is an OKAY choice, not how i imagined him either but not too bad. but as for cam. no,no,no and no.
it's just not him :( ohh i just desperately hope the movie is as good as the book.

I agree with Luce's character! I think all the people they have chosen, does not fit the ideas we have of them.
