I will hopefully be back tomorrow night, depending on how tired I am - packing my stuff to move back into my flat tomorrow! Then me, my parents and my grandparents are going for dinner before I head off. It doesn't take long to get to my flat and I'm taking the car, so I can leave any time. I may pop in during moments of packing procrastination during the day though ;-)

Hey all! Life has gotten a bit crazy! Just to let you know I will be able to do the Nov fiction nominations but could someone else send out the monthly reads email?

Shirley - I may have to ask you to do the Dec fiction read nominations and stuff because I go on holiday from the 6th Nov to the 15th Nov if that's ok?

I've been bogged down by work, classes and packing and looking for a new place so I haven't been that active on GR recently. The good news is that I finally found a new house and will be moving in tomorrow. I should be back to active moderating duties from Tuesday, just in time for our first non-fiction reads:) Hope all is well!

Thanks Leslie! Yes, I'll still be working but only 25 hours a week or so. I will still make time to read but I doubt that my 2014 reading goal will be anywhere near 200 books like it was this year!

Thanks Jenny! I moved the majority of my things yesterday and today I have to move the furniture and do some cleaning. I should have taken Monday off!

I'm doing a Masters in International and Intercultural Communication. It's multidisciplinary, focusing mainly on Sociology, Cultural Studies, Gender Studies, and Political Science. It's definitely a lot of reading and writing:)

Just to let you know that I have deleted 3 posts/threads by 2 spammers and deleted the members as well. Both of them being part of pretty much every group here on GR, in every one of them with 1 or 2 comments, each one self-promotion and/or spam.

Also: have we already decided on a theme for the theme challenge for November/December?
