I've read several of her books. They're always enjoyable and so true to life. Thanks, Ruchi!

Thanks for telling, Aaron. :)

Thank you Ruchi. (:
But I must warn you that it has got some extreme violence and explicit sexual contents in some parts (as deep philosophical intent!). No one warned me; thought I'd warn you before reco-ing.
Anyways, I deviated from 'The Passage' 'again' (fickle minded fella!) started 'The sense of an ending' in the evening, small book, slept and had faceless dreams twice in between (now at around 90%); will finish rest of it after dinner. Maybe the book needed more time, coffee and blank pages from me but couldn't give it (the much I wanted to) for those philosophical cliches camouflaged by emotional blog-type-memoir-ohno-bs. WHY!! I don't know if people love it just because it won a Booker prize; I don't see any other reasons (care to explain?!)...
"History is that certainty produced at the point where the imperfections of memory meet the inadequacies of documentation."
Yo! That's the only good quote I found so far..but it can't be a reason to love this book. Besides it bored the crap out of me !
I'm planning to read next by Michael Crichton! lol actually, not sure cause of all these fickle-fests...Eagerly waiting for the 'Doctor Sleep' (may prolly reread The Shining before it) and of course Steelheart (Reckoners #1)...think I already mentioned it somewhere..

Even I've been meaning to read that for a while....!"
Yeah i've read lots of good reviews regarding that book!!

Thanks for the warning....Don't like much violence or too much sexual content in a book, so I'll consider before reading it....
I was thinking of reading The Sense of An Ending, one, because I love it's title and also yeah, coz it won the Booker prize, but I really don't much like philosophical stuff in books....so will give it a miss maybe. Anyway, thanks for your opinion:)

So I've been told by many. Getting a bit restless now. Resisting the urge to download an ebook from somewhere.
