Bryce made a noise and nodded a little. "I guess that's the technical term for it." He put the pen back down onto the table, thinking. "And you're okay with that?" He asked, and although the answer seemed obvious, Bryce felt so insecure about Julian still. Especially after the... night.
"Yeah... I know." Bryce fidgeted a little awkwardly. Those were the words Julian had used when he attacked him two nights ago with that amazing first kiss. "I guess I got to remember that. My rules are a... a lot different from yours."

Bryce gave him a guilty look and then glanced away. "I'm sorry. I try, I do. It's just... It's very difficult for me to express myself. I wasn't allowed to. I can just imagine what my parents would think if they saw how I'm behaving now..."
"Really?" Bryce let out a breath and put his face into his hands. "I..." He swallowed, the words somehow having a massive impact on him. "You would?"

Bryce leaned into him and just when he thought of taking his face out of his hands, the giggles just made him bury it even deeper. He took a deep breath and his back raised as his chest swelled to hold the air, then shrank again as he let it out. "Your brother's a smart guy." He said, a little weakly.

Bryce simply grunted and stuck his folded hands between his knees and pinned them there. He was extremely spotlight sensitive, whether he showed it or not. He was certainly showing it around Julian, but he hadn't in, say, the arena. He had just gotten too used to being a polite wallflower...
Babe. Somehow that word made him relax and he smiled a little, wrapping an arm around his side and coming closer now their chairs were set like a bench instead. "You sure?"

( Lol they should play spin the bottle and Julian spins it to land on Bryce and thye start full on making out XD)
Bryce decided it was best for him to ignore the girls and focus on what was good, what didn't make him feel like a robot. "Oh good. I was starting to get worried."
((XD Totally!))
((XD Totally!))

Bryce looked at him with wide eyes. Then suddenly his hands came up and pulled Julian in for a deep kiss. If there was one thing to be said about Bryce, it wasn't that he wasted time. If he knew what he wanted, he took it.
Slowly, Bryce began turning in his seat to face him; his legs shifting so he was seated sideways, his knees in-between Julian's. He knew this was something he wouldn't forget anytime soon. It was the happiest he had been for a long, long while. "Good?"
Bryce finally had appetite. Actually, he was starving. He hadn't eaten for a while, thanks to the... difficulties he had been dealing with lately. "So a shadow manipulator and a chemistry manipulator... A pretty good match, hey?"

Bryce smiled as he drank some of his root beer and nodded. "God... We've been dating a day and we're already talking about kids..." He breathed a laugh and resting his chin in his palm. "Are you good with kids?"
"Huh." Bryce smiled a little. He could imagine Julian being good with kids... "Cool. I'm not. At all. They scare the hell out of me."
He raised an eyebrow and smirked. "I can learn." He wanted to be good with kids; he loved kids. But he didn't know how to act around them. "You can teach me?"

Bryce's ears grew hot as he was called boyfriend, but he shrugged anyway. "I don't know. As long as we spend time one on one I'll be having a blast." He smiled a little. "What do you want to do?"
He grinned and ran a hand through his hair. "I thought you might be okay with that idea." Bryce gave him a small kiss. "One on one with us is the best..."

Bryce sighed a little, happily, and he hung his head. It felt good... "Of course." He murmured. "I would love that." He smirked in turn.
Bryce felt a small sigh escape him as his head lolled to the side. Those words would never get old. "Cool." He said, with a kind of distant smile. "'Cause I love you too... I have for a long time now..."
Bryce gave him a shakey laugh and ducked his head. So this was what it was like... "And you're mine. My father was always telling me to invest my life in something, and now I have." Although this wasn't wasn't quite what he had meant by it.
Bryce swallowed. The only one? Ah, well, it was worth it... Even if it meant they were singled out. "Wow... The only one." He echoed. "We're making history."

Bryce smiled a little and began doodling again on his unused napkin. "Uhm," he thought about it. "I always kind of knew. I didn't tell anyone though." Of course he didn't! Imagine what his father would do... Bryce hadn't told for the sake of appearances. "But I never had a crush."
