Bryce staggered and put his back against the wall. What... He was in a kind of shock. He put his palm to his forehead and sank to the ground, the glow on the roof fading out as the light reappeared.
((I dunno... Skip to dinner? They're forced to sit together and their powers react together?
Or we coukd go to a different day altogether. An outing or something.))

Bryce came up not long after, having an easy time finding it. He had always been good with maps... It was the photographic memory he had. Inside he was a swirling mess of chaotic sadness and anger, but outside he was as normal as ever. A talent that had demonstrated itself many times by now.
In the lobby he was met by fruit in a tux. "Hello."
"Hello." Bryce began inching his way around him, but the guy caught him by the arm. "I'll show you to your seat."

Bryce started to protest when he noticed where the guy was taking him. "Uhm, no, sir, please... I's rather go sit over there..."
The guy shrugged. "Sorry. This is where you sit. It's specially reserved."
Bryce was sat down next to Julian and then abandoned.

Bryce gave him this calm, collected smile, and nodded. "Hello Julian." He said pleasently to keep up the impression. "When did you get here?"
Bryce shrugged. "Just curious." He replied simply. "Apparently our seats are reserved. As in we have no choice in the matter." Robot mode.
"Glad that is understood. Because if I had a choice, I would be way over there." He waved vaguely to the farthest seat within sight, partially hidden by a massive potted plant. "Just so it's clear."

Bryce just looked at him, expressionless. "That's hardly appropriate." He said flatly, making sure his hands were in sight. It hurt so terribly much. All Bryce wanted to do was run and hide away from anything and everything... Made him want to strangle Julian's perfect throat. Made him want to go back in timeand do things differently.
Bryce swallowed. "I... Didn't rape you." He said, as calmly as he could. "You raped me." It sounded awfully like the arguments you saw on television between two children, he hit me! He hit me first! Liar!

Bryce bristled, but he didn't say anything. There wasn't any point. It was a horrible feeling... He didn't even want to eat.
((I know! :( It's painful.
Btw, I'm at work so comments will be few and short probably. There may be gaps. :P))

Bryce frowned, but turned his head away to look in the opposite direction. Can anyone else think of a better example of mixed messaging? He didn't wamt to think about it, it made his stomach churn just remembering. Instead, he shut it out like an emotionless robot. Sometimes it was a gift to be able to ignore everything.

Bryce fumed inside. It was a desperately sad rage. Insulted at being put into such a devastated state of sadness, one could only call it a rage. After a moment, Julian's drink began to bubble and boil; steam rolling off it and onto the table cloth.
Bryce staggered and his head disappeared under the table, but for only a moment. Then he grabbed his chair back and sat down again with as much diginity as he could muster. Julian's dinner ware began to vibarate and spark together, but Bryce wasn't responsible. "What was that for?!"

The metal dog tags around Bryce's neck clattered together angrily. "That wasn't me." He hissed, right on time for the drink to bubblee over and sizzle on the table cloth.

"I didn't mean to." Bryce snapped in a terse whisper. "And calm down, you're making a scene." God did he sound like his parents there...
Bryce was silent forna long time, then he looked away while saying, "I'm not a bad person. I don't understand why you're so mad at me."

It stabbed Bryce every time he spoke. "I didn't mean it like that." He said in a monotone voice. "You... You said you wanted to..."

( I decided Valentines day will be in Italy :P)
"I wasn't exactly sober either, okay?" Bryce closed his eyes painfully, his voice soft like a whisper.
((Okay))
((Okay))

Bryce sighed and then left himself. He hadn't ordered, hadn't eaten. He just... Wasn't hungry anymore. He wandered around for a while, then headed back to the room.

Except, Bryce didn't go to the bed. He took his pillow and a spare blanket and went to the floor instead. No matter how much he longer for Julian, he knew he wasn't welcome. Within moments he was asleep.

It disturbed his sleep only slightly and he shifted, rolling over and away from him to sleep on.
