"I think maybe you should leave now Addy." Josh said putting a hand on Aurra's head. "Come back later if you want." Josh didn't like what she had just said but was clam enough to not burn the bridge

"Wow, I'm sorry! I didn't realize that Athena kids were that terrified! I was just joking!"

Aurra stared to clam down her face was bright red with embarrassment. She tried to speak but couldn't quit yet.

[Joshua]

"I know but testing it like that maybe wasn't the greatest choice." Josh said looking down at Aurra. She seemed okay now

Addy stood and went to the rope. "I'm really sorry, Aurra, I didn't know." She grabbed it, but it hadn't set right. Frustrated, she jumped to a branch and began to climb down.

[Joshua]

Josh saw Addy having trouble but couldn't careless at the moment. He looked down, "You okay there?" Josh said to Aurra

"Yeah." she managed and released her grip a little "My Phobia's gotten a lot worse over the years, I guess"

Addy slammed into the ground and ran off into the forest, going deeper than she'd dared to before.

[Joshua]

"She was just joking. Don't let it bother you." Josh said kissing the top of her head

"I know" She said smiling now "That was the first time I had to worry about....you know what's this whole year."

[Joshua]

"Hopefully it'll be the last for this whole year then." Josh said laying his head back and closing his eyes

"I hope so to." She said closing her eyes as well.

They fell asleep on the couch

Aurra woke up, she looked around then remembered she was at josh's. She smiled at josh 'so cute when he sleeps' she thought. Then she headed for the kitchen and began making egg's and bacon.

Josh woke at the smell of bacon. He opened his eyes and Aurra was making a late breakfast, "That smells good." He said getting up and stretching

"I hope you like it" she said and brought a plate over to him.

[Joshua]

"I can eat almost anything but this looks really good." Josh started to eat and oh yes it was good.

Aurra smiled and brought a plate over for herself, then sat down by josh again. "Glad you like it," She said and kissed his cheek.

[Joshua]

When Josh was done he took both plates and washed them. "So, have you heard of this prom thing?" Josh asked scrubbing away

"A little." She said smiling at him.

[Joshua]

"Well, umm, it's probably going to be crowded but i was thinking that if you were there, with me, that the crowd may not be so bad, you know?" Josh stumbled his way through his speech. "So would you like to go with me?" Josh's hands alone dried the dish's.

Aurra laughed "I would like that." She smiled. "You know to help with the crowds." She teased.

[Joshua]

Josh turned and realized she was joking. His hands were on fire through the gloves now he was so embarrassed.

She stood up and hugged him. Then whispered "I can't wait till prom."

[Joshua]

He hugged her back but kept his hands off out of habit. "My too." He whispered back

Slowly she let go and smiled "You know, your hands can't hurt me." Aurra said giggling a little.

[Joshua]

Josh looked at his hands, "I know it's just a habit. Especially since I care about you so much." Josh said realizing after what he just admitted

Aurra blushed and put her hands on his shoulders "Should we practice our dancing?"

[Joshua]

"Umm, so I've never danced before." Josh said putting his hands where he had seen other do. "The whole having to use your hands kinda destroyed any hope of that."

"Right, don't worry I will teach you." Aurra says smiling. "Now follow me." She said and began leading him around in the proper way. "One, Two, Three, One..." Aurra continued counting.

[Joshua]

At least Josh now music and how to stay on beat. He learned the waltz she was doing quickly and changed to the lead position, placing a hand on the small of her back and stepping in closer then she had. He began to lead.

She smiled "There, now you've got it." Aurra laid her head on his shoulder.

[Joshua]

"This isn't so bad." Josh said then Aurra laid her head down. "Actually I kinda like it."

"Yeah, it's nice." She said as they continued dancing.

[Joshua]

Josh started humming, more out of habit then actual thought as the swayed around the larger of his two rooms.

Aurra looked up and smiled "We will do just fine with dancing."

[Joshua]

Josh looked down at her and tightened his hold just barely, "I think another minute or two couldn't hurt." Josh smiled and kept moving for another song worth and then stepped back and bowed.

"I think so too."
She blushed and did a bow and pull of the 'dress'. Then smiled and kissed his cheek.

[Joshua]

Josh laughed. "So is that all Prom really is, is dancing?" Josh asked wondering what else he may have to learn.

"Hmm, let me think." She said smiling "There is...no you already how to." Aurra said laughing "I think you got ever thing done know, as long as you can pour a glass."

[Joshua]

"Pour a glass?" Josh asked, "and what do i already know how to do?"

"Well for the drinks." Then she blushed "You can already...." She paused the whispered "Kiss" in his ear.

[Joshua]

Josh blushed and his hands caught fire again. "Oh." was all he said and then looked at his hands and he laughed. "You know these things could pass for a super mood ring!" He said

She laughed "Yeah, your right." Aurra said smiling then hugged him again she couldn't wait till prom now.

[Joshua]

Josh hugged her back, "Thank you by the way." Josh said letting her go.

"Your welcome," she smiled she had been feeling depressed at camp, then josh came along and made her life happy again. "So, what will you wear to prom."

[Joshua]

Josh looked down at himself and back up. "Umm, I'll probably just try to match you. Do you know what your wearing?" Josh asked trying to avoid making a clothing decision. He wore jeans and a t-shirt everyday for a reason.

"Um, well I'm wearing a black and purple flower dress. So maybe a suit and purple tie?" Aurra said looking him up and down "If you have anything like that?"
