Welcome Khmer! You can't do anything wrong in the Complaint Department but sometimes you do need help. This is the way we play the game so you see why you word "brief" doesn't fit quite right.The object is to removed one and only one letter from a word and replace it with another letter of the alphabet.
Examples:
tote
mote
more
sore
sort
tort
tart
So words will always be four letters and you must take away a letter then add a letter so that it remains a word with four letters.
We'll start over again with:

ok, got this game mixed up with another groups game which allows me to add a letter as an option, bringing it to 5 letters max.
I'm playing too many similar games at once, I'm confusing myself =D
