It's by 12 a.m. central time so I still have time. I live in the central time zone. Don't worry, I'll have it posted before I go to bed.

Review:
Was confusing at first when I started reading this, but then it got better as I read on. The story kept my interest enough that I'll read book two when it releases! Overall, it was an okay book!

Amy ~Lover of Books~ | 143 comments Just posted in the points folder. I would've done it last night, but when I was going to post, my internet goes down. As you can see, it's back up this morning.

Dawn (Kat N Hat) (katnhat) | 355 comments Jenne, do we get credit for those points? Since they were posted late? We all had read the books and our posts in on time but does it matter that the point thread post wasn't on time.

I saw Amy had posted in this thread last night, but now the post is gone. So I went to bed and didn't worry about it since it was here.

message 111: by Jenne (new)

Jenne (jennetheinstigator) | 7439 comments There's no time limit on posting for points in the point thread just the individual reviews. Amy's post is saying 15 Hrs ago so that was within the time limit.

I didn't think we needed what I posted in the points folder here so I deleted it this morning. It was a good thing that I posted when I did because my internet went down around a little after I posted my book for points.

My new puppy spilled water on my laptop I am letting it dry out for a few days, so I may be scarce. I have my I book and will be reading.

Rating: ★★
Review:
This book was ok, just not my cup of tea. I didn't really connect well with the main characters. Being one of the people that really liked Twilight this had all the elements of things that bothered those that didn't like Twilight: Self absorbed heroine, stubborn stupid heroine, creepy undead boyfriend who sneaks in her room, unrealistic supernatural creatures, and a psycho red head chick who in the end dies to easily. The book was a quick easy read, there was nothing really wrong, just not for me.

Fate's Edge (The Edge, #3) by Ilona Andrews by Ilona Andrew(The Edge Series)
My Letter: E
Finished: 02,08,13
Rating: 4 stars

Review:
This book really was more of a 3.5 but I gave it 4 just because I love the author so much. I'm not sure why but this book fell a little flat for me, it might have to do with the fact that I was reading the newest Kate Daniels book at the same time and it's one of my absolute favorite series out there. That being said I will definitely continue on with the series I may even re-read it at some point to give my self a proper chance at really enjoying this series.

Kiss of a Demon King (Immortals After Dark #7)
Review: I loved this story. The ousted king and the misunderstood half sister of his enemy are thrown in and get a HEA. It was so well written I had know clue where it was going and loved that. I also loved how there was Sabines POV so you got to see inside her head that she wasn't really evil, there were "justifications" behind all her bad deeds. I really don't know why it is taking me so long to read this series I love it.

Words: JAIL- pg 69 he'd used this jail for political prisoners.
CHICKEN-pg 238 Chickens rarely try to murder me.

Review:
Yet another Outstanding book by One of my favorite authors. Lynn aka Jennifer L. Armentrout knows how to draw you in and make you fall in love with her characters and this book is no different. There was plenty of emotion and even a few funny moments that the story didn't feel so heavy all the time. A very enjoyable read. Check it out.

The Sphinx Project (The Chimaera Chronicles, #1) by Kate Hawkings by Kate Hawkings(Chimaera Chronicles)

My Letter: C
Finished: 16/08/13
Rating: 4.5 stars

Review:
The Sphinx Project is Kate Hawkings debut novel of the Chimaera Chronicles. Set in the not to distant future, the Sphinx project centers around 4 young girls all around the age of 17. Born and raised in a secret government science facility, where they were genetically altered with different animal DNA. This is the story of how they figured out they were really prisoners and their escape and life on the run. Throw in some Zombie like creatures, gun fights and the hint of a budding romance and you have one heck of a story.

I really enjoyed this book it had a fantastic flow that allowed you to become totally engrossed in the story and the characters. The only reason this didn't get a 5 star rating was the cliffhanger ending other wise this was a excellent read and I can't wait to read the next book when it comes out.

WOW & BW items:

Camp: Jake slipped down the stairs to his little camp bed...pg 211

Pancake: Mouse and I ordered chocolate shakes with chocolate chip pancakes...pg 199
