Delirium
question
What did you think of the Ending?

Did you love it or hate it? Did you think the cliffhanger was good or just something unnecessary? Did you like how she got the story across in the whole series?

I loved the book. One of my favorites. I think the cliffhanger was kind of a good thing becuase it made people want to read the second book to know what happens next.
I thought the ending was great. Honestly, I would've been okay with it as a stand alone book (though I did enjoy the trilogy). I like stories to surprise me, and that one did. I liked it.
I really liked the books, but I think the ending did not do them justice. There were many questions unanswered and the whole plot regarding the war, which was amazing was not used as much as it could be. It felt, for me at least, like a waste of a perfect oportunity.

I know, right? I friend of mine, who I recommended the series after reading delirium, completely refused to finish requiem out of frustration LOL

Ana, I think the question was referring to the ending of Delirium (the first book) and not the whole trilogy. At least that's how I interpreted. I completely agree with you about the ending of the series, but I'll refrain from commenting on this thread since not everyone has read all three books.
The cliffhanger was amazing. I can't wait to read the next book just to find out how it turns out.
i was a bit like oh darn it he didn't get over the fence but i love him even more
i was like ride away on the motor bike wow wow wow

I felt that lot was left to the imagination of readers. If there's indeed no 4th book then
1) the love triangle is unresolved
2) future of Hana,Lena and the rest of the characters not known
3) Julian is unfortunately still alive
4) even though the wall is broken war continues.

I really loved the ending right up until the moment that Alex just stood there.... quite frankly i feel like if she could have gotten over the fence he could have too. I don't understand why he had to "sacrifice" himself, to me it seemed more like abandonment or him giving up. did anyone else feel this way? can anyone explain this to me?
This was an amazing ending. I think especially when you read on it makes it all better. I was crying any ending that can do that is great and my eyes.
